I told them that wasn't going to happen and I would take legal action if I didn't receive a refund since they now had my door, which they finally did. I am appreciative that 12 months after this engagement started that they finally did the right thing, but it took a lot of time and persistance. We asked for our money back and were told, "Impossible". We asked for half of it back and were told, "Impossible". We feel this is all a scam.
