Apparently their inventory is not updated to correspond with what is advertised for purchase on the website. I requested a refund because the item was never sent. I did not receive a response from their customer service rep until after I filed a complaint with my bank (2-3 weeks later!) The Pink Maison rep was incensed with how I worded my complaint with my bank and I was incensed that they kept my money despite not receiving what I purchased. Eventually the Pink Maison rep stated I would receive a store credit, but I never received a gift card to reflect said store credit. I reached out to the rep several times to inquire about purchasing something else with the credit, and I never received a reply from the remaining emails I sent. Basically they received a $300 donation from me. I shop online quite frequently and I have never had such a negative experience as I did with this company. If I could give them zero stars in this review I would.

I do like that they have all the upholstery options for you to see in person and feel if you want/need prior to ordering. Good selection of petits and some bridal whihc is a plaus for me at the moment as I shopping for honeymoon. I do think they decor selection isn't as varried as other locations like Lenox, Alpharetta, or West Side (odd beciase there is so much oppertunity witht eh huge floorprint). Fitting rooms are big and clean with lots of seating and nooks for your personal items to not have to sit on the ground. I have never waited in line for a fitting room - though I have never been here on a weekend. Sale section could be better - again it is large but I never seem to find anything like I do in other locations. She really helps me pick out pieces that look good on me.
