Running an efficient and cost-effective business sometimes may mean putting orders together in a batch to save on trips. The fleet is not big enough to keep up with the service needs of its customers to include pre-scheduled deliveries, without finding yourself waiting more than two weeks past the scheduled date, leaving you and your family at risk of running out of heat and hot water and high risk of frozen pipes. Their customer service at least TRIES very hard to help you but you can hear their own frustration in their voice toward their own company for not being able to help you. It appears either their delivery manager is not able to keep the orders straight or they need to build their fleet larger before taking on any new customers. I don't recommend this company if you are living in the Fort Collins area.

I switched over…read morenot too long ago because I was tired of getting bent over and raped by that evil deceitful piece of shit company known as amerigas, please do not EVER do business with them, especially the fort collins branch because the evil woman that is the manager there is an AWFUL DESPICABLE. But I'm here to review Schrader propane, its great service and the old fella who showed up in a bobtail to service my tank was the most knowledgable propane professional I ever did meet, his name was John and he was a helluva dude and a great bobtail driver, he answered every single one of my questions in depth and even dropped a ton of knowledge on me about propane that I had no idea about. I cant wait till John brings me my next load of propane I will go out of my way to make sure I am there just to shoot the breeze with him, what a guy and what a company. HOORAY FOR SCHRADERS!
