My car was recently rear-ended and I tried to bring the car here based on the previous experience. VERY POOR DECISION. Unfortunately, this is no longer a good company. I tried calling repeatedly for a month to be told they were having internet issues. After getting to the first call, they confirmed they would schedule the car once they ordered the parts. I followed up again via email and was told that they would reach out when all the parts were in. Two months later when I followed up again to ask if the parts were in and could we schedule the car, I was told they couldn't schedule my car until two months out from July. Then she came back to the line again and was told "Oh no, we will need to schedule in December." I have wasted 3 - 4 months hoping that somewhere in this once very good company a person would be able to help return it to a better place. I have definitely been disappointed. This is not a good company to bring your car for repair. The ownership has slipped and the staff is very incompetent. I thought as a repeat customer you might be considered good business and want to keep their business. The front office staff truly does not know how to handle people or schedule business.

My 2016 F150's transmission quickly went haywire (sticking in one gear, refusing to reset gears until I turned the truck off then back on, this would happen about 3x a week) I took it to Ford where they recommended changing transmission fluid ($800 later) and once that didn't work they said it's ~$9.5k for a new transmission. Took it to another "recommended" shop where they said I needed a new transmission, quoted at ~$8k Refused to believe that was the case Zach's came recommended by another shop I called. Spoke directly with Zach on the phone (he's hilarious), took it into his shop and determined it was a solenoid valve issue with was solved for ~$1.7k, which is immensely better than a new $8-9k transmission. His shop's expertise on transmissions allowed him to identify a specific issue instead of lazily (like other shops did) throwing up hands going "you need a whole new transmission". Even after I picked it up & fully paid, he called me back 2 days later because he was losing sleep that he may/may not have tightened like 1 bolt (I brought I back and we were all good after he took a look) - he has pride in his work and wants to do a quality job. It's been 9months later and my transmission is perfect. I recommend them to everyone I speak to, and won't be going anywhere else for my transmission needs.

I Scheduled an estimate with Poffs owner, clearly told him I want the collision work done asap but need to estimate the comp work. I Took off work to to get etimate, and the owner gets angry because he has to give an estimate for comp damage, which is what we scdheduled the appt for. He refused to deal with me, the owner, and wants to go through insurance company directly, and if I have to pay tons out of pocket, they don't care. Literally told me to go somewhere else its not worth it for him. Would be different if he didn't schedule an estimate with me, I told him exactly what I was looking for, only to have me come out and act 100% rude and offended that I needed an estimate. I don't understand how people know if they can afford comp work without an estimate. I guess this is customer service?

Friendly and efficient with great results. My drivers-side door had been bent in the opposite direction. Hinges were twisted, the door and front quarter panel were both damaged, and, the part that keeps the door from flying open was snapped. After I had closed the door it would not even reopen. I had to crawl over the center console to get in and out. They immediately adjusted my door and did their best to straighten things out. Yes, it was still broken and looked horrible, but at least I could get in and out. It was fascinating to watch them work. It gave me confidence in the whole process. Once they were able to get parts and get rolling, the repair itself was completed quickly and the results were perfect. Everything looks and works like new! Very impressed. I hope I never need them again, but if I do I know who I'm going to call.

Our insurance company had us take it to their "approved" body shop an get an estimate. There estimate was several hundred dollars less than Colorado coach. Having worked at a dealership for over 50 years and did my own body work in my younger years as a hobby I'm very familiar with how difficult it is to paint a pearlescent tricoat bumper and have it match the body which is metal. When I went to the "approved" body shop I noticed there were almost no cars in their lot for repairs and I only saw a couple of employees in the shop. When I talked to the person writing the estimate I asked how long their painter had been with them and I was told two months that was a huge red flag. The painter at Colorado coach has been with them since they opened. Sean Robertson who wrote the estimate at Colorado coach said they do work with my insurance company. He did an amazing job getting my insurance company to cover their higher estimate and some expensive hidden damage. Which meant it took a little longer getting the car back than originally estimated. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a superior paint match and repair work to use them. PS. The receptionist has always been so very knowledgeable and always a pleasure to work with.

From the beginning these guys were friendly and communicated clearly as to the time table for repairs. A lot of cars in the area had been damaged and so they were busy. Also, after reviewing the initial insurance estimate they said they'd need to talk to my insurance to cover the cost of all necessary repairs. They got my car done in the timeframe they stated, and I always appreciate it when an auto shop does that since it's unfortunately not that common. When I picked up my car, there were a few small dents that were still kind of noticeable, although in fairness they were likely rock chips, not from hail. So they said to bring it back the next day and they'd do their best to improve them as much as possible. So I dropped it off and they just needed 30 minutes to make the rock chips almost unnoticeable. Hopefully I won't need body work again anytime soon, but if I do I'm coming here, no doubt.
