I dropped my car off for an oil change around noon and they said it would be ready in a half hour. Since I wasn't in a hurry, I told them to take their time and left my car for the afternoon. A little before 4pm they called to tell me my car was ready, but they were closing at 4 that day. Uh-oh. But since the Shell station on the corner is Bourne's as well, they told me they'd leave my car there and I could pay for it there also. Cool. Walked down there around 5pm and my car was waiting, with the doors locked. Good. I paid, a reasonable amount for an oil change. Some places are a rip-off, but not here. And when I got in my car, the steering wheel wasn't all dirty and grimy from dirty hands. Bonus! I hate having my car serviced and the steering wheel all grimy when done. That's the worst. Also, when I dropped my car off, the guys were just what I was expecting... dirty coveralls, beards, dirty hands from working on cars. Good stuff. I'll try Bourne's for other auto repairs when necessary. It's good to have another repair place within walking distance of Morrisville.

He was there for a ski exam, but his car wouldn't start in his hotel parking lot. After waiting for a kind soul to give him a jump start, he unfortunately arrived 15 minutes late and wasn't able to take his exam. The only good thing about the day was the support he received at Willie's. Becky was incredible--she welcomed him in the moment he arrived. In less than an hour, they had replaced his battery, changed his wipers, and finished an oil change. The team was welcoming, professional, and gave him a great price. I went to Willie's on Thursday for an inspection and to have my snow tires switched out. When I…read moremade the appointment over the phone I wasn't told to bring anything so I drove in. The front desk lady told me to bring in my registration and proof of insurance. It was in my glove compartment and while I was digging for it the eponymous Willie pulled up beside me. He asked me what I was having done and I told him. He said to me, "Yup, no one's ever prepared." I said I was sorry and he said, "There's an old saying... Time is money." He said this with a good deal of contempt, a really solid burn as far as he was concerned. I was never told to have my registration and proof of insurance on hand. It WAS with me. Had Willie asked instead of assuming, I would have told him. And, Willie, if you're reading this NOW, word of advice, tell people ahead of time. It'll save you the energy of insulting them and sullying their view of your business. The front desk lady was nice enough and the work was done fine. I was definitely charged on the high end but, honestly, I wouldn't have thought twice about it had my interaction with Willie been better. When I got home I pulled the tires out of the car and Willie hadn't tied off any of the bags. I've NEVER been to a place where they don't tie off the bags. It felt like Willie's final F-U. Let's take this for what it is: I got my car inspected and the tires swapped out. It was on the high end but I wasn't gouged. I'm leaving a one-star review right now for the sole reason that Willie insulted me and genuinely seemed as though he doesn't respect his customers. After my interaction with him I wanted to get in my car and head off to someplace where they DO value their customers. Willie, if you're reading this, I promise you I'll never bring my car back to your shop. There's another saying, Willie, "keep the customer happy!" This customer was not kept happy......

I have done multiple leases through these guys with good experiences. Just recently, I was called…read moreinto recall software. Right after that, I started getting check engine lights wiper blades not working brake sensors. After getting it checked out, they explained there was a mouse nest in my wiper blade which I accepted that's on me. But explained that my brake sensor was kicked off, even though my brakes still have life on them and I need to replace all the brakes for $700. It seems to be like a factory issue to kick off sensors when the pads are still fine. This is my only negative experience. It is odd to me that all this happens after a software update. they said I can not fix the sensor without all new pads and rotors. The main reason I'm frustrated is because this is a new lease a little over a year with 19,000 miles on the truck that I got brand new. A big selling point when they sold me this truck was the brakes and tires are rated for longer than my lease so I will not have to change either.
