For starters, they actually came out and looked at the property, rather than just using a computer generated model. Further, they answered all my questions promptly and were honest and fair in their quotes. The system has been stellar since we had it installed in August 2022. Now that we're considering an extension to our array, we'll definitely be going with Power Trip again.

The site visit with Tanner went smoothly. The instal team were great, and did a fine job as well and answering my many questions. Where things were a bit less wonderful were, from my point of view, the challenges with communication. There were a number of these and the last one is the reason for 4 rather than 5 stars. A week after the utility company gave the final okay, there has been zero contact from Banner. Not a "how are things going?" nor a "thanks for working with us" or even an attempt to sell us on their maintenance plan. :) Today, the final payment request arrived, from a no reply email no less. Maybe I asked too many questions or it was the fact that I had an issue with the payment schedule not being made clear?

5-Star Review for Blossom Solar…read more We had our solar panels installed in May 2023, and from start to finish, Blossom Solar made the entire process stress-free and seamless for us as homeowners. Their team was professional, clear, and incredibly supportive every step of the way. After the solar panels and batteries were installed, they even offered us a substantial discount to add an EV charger, which we truly appreciated. That level of care and flexibility really stood out. What impressed us most was their outstanding customer service. Months later, when we ran into a PSE code-related fiasco, Blossom Solar stepped in and helped us navigate it and get everything resolved. That kind of follow-through says everything. Overall, I can't recommend Blossom Solar highly enough. If you're scheduling an estimate, drop my name -- they'll hook you up with a discount. Highly recommend!

The project came in right on budget and ahead of schedule! Before the PUD came to install a new smart meter, it was fun watching the little meter wheel run backward as the sun was shining! Admiralty Heating & Air is one of the few that is in our community (located in Port Hadlock). When I called the number, the owner himself, Ryan Mickelson, picked up the phone. I told him it was nice to speak to a knowledgeable person on the phone, rather than a phone-answering service. Ryan set up a date to inspect my heat pump. In fact, he would have come over the same day that I called, however, I had to delay his response due to other priorities. But, while I had him on the phone, I asked if he knew anything about hot water heaters, too. Mr. Mickelson was very helpful and actually talked me through the process and, with his help over the phone, I fixed the hot water heater within minutes. Back to the heat pump repair. Ryan Mickelson came to my house right on time. Because of the pandemic, he was very safely covered, gloving up, wearing a mask and, also, booties over his shoes. He presented his credentials and allowed me to inspect his proper licensing badges. He then spent 3 or 4 hours going through my entire house: Closets, attic space, vents, of course, interior, and outside. He conducted a complete inspection and repaired a few tears I was unaware of in the duct-work. He advised me that the pump needed a part that had to be ordered. By the way, I later confirmed the need for this part with a third party. Ryan Returned with the part ASAP and spent another an hour or more explaining all the facts and procedures necessary for me to operate the thermostat so that it works at its highest performance and efficiency levels. He also told me to call him anytime, regardless of how big or small the problem is. He assured me that he will probably be able to fix most problems with just a phone call, at no charge. Speaking of charges, the entire bill, parts, and labor, was less than $130.00...Total. I have the highest praise for this exceptional man, business owner & Jefferson County resident.
