So we scheduled for the replacement on the following Thursday/Friday. On Tuesday, they emailed me the contract and asked for the initial payment. Over the phone call, Hailey told me the furnace is already in stock and she asked me to send the contract and check over the mail. I reminded her that they may not receive the mail by Friday due to the delivery time. I even offered to pay over the phone. She confirmed sending via mail is fine. On Friday morning, I sent an email checking when will they come to install the furnace. Greg responded back saying they weren't be able to contact me, they don't have the furnace in stock, and they haven't received the payment and the contract. So they won't be able to install it as we agreed earlier. Later he email again saying the have the furnace in stock and I have to pay the full price over the phone before they can come out for the job. Obviously they don't have communication internally and treated customer very rudely. We are very disappointed with the experience.

The technician that came fiddled around and stated he could not find the issue. I looked it over and saw the battery box was deformed with the piezo lighter, due to an inadequate heat shield. He next claimed this was a specialty part. I informed he they were a standard part on all stoves and easily ordered, if they did not have any in stock. While I was busy unloading boxes he disconnected the battery box with circuit board and drove away. He never followed up with my stove part he took and I ordered a replacement on Amazon and installed it myself. This is the most irresponsible and incompetent stove service technician I have ever met. He was not aware I previously had a stove shop.

I wanted to take a moment to leave a review because this is truly one of the best companies I have…read morehad the pleasure of working with. From the very beginning, Air Health Services was prompt, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The technician who cleaned our ducts was courteous, friendly, and extremely professional. He explained the process clearly and completed the job thoroughly and efficiently. We also had some ducting that needed to be replaced. A second technician arrived promptly and installed the new runs under the house quickly and efficiently. Recently, an insulation company informed us that a rodent had chewed through ducting connected to our furnace, ducting I believed had already been replaced (it hadn't; rather, they simply reattached it). I immediately contacted Air Health Services, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. They were completely honest, took the time to talk with me about addressing possible rodent issues, and reassured me every step of the way. Even more impressive, they offered to return to reattach and patch the furnace connection at no cost. I made this call on a Friday, and they will be stopping by on Monday. The neighborly care, integrity, and genuine concern they show for their customers truly set them apart. I am incredibly grateful to companies like this that clearly care about their work and their community. I highly recommend Air Health Services for all your needs. Thank you for your outstanding service and commitment to excellence.

Accessed a free full-house plumbing inspection offer. Really good customer service on part of the…read moreplumbers and the staff. So A+ on all that. But ... expensive. Clearing a sluggish (not fully clogged) kitchen sink drain cost over $500. Could another plumber have done it cheaper? Probably. But CPI was there, had the equipment, and that saved me having to shop around and hassle with scheduling. Could I have bought the powered snake at Home Depot and done it myself? Sure, for $200 or more, but there's no Home Depot (or Lowe's) nearby and I would have used the powered snake probably once every 10 years and had the hassle of learning how to use it and then finding space to store it. Could I just have used the manual snake I already had? Yes, but not as effective and could have damaged some of the piping. So ... cost over $500 but they were right there with good equipment and saved me hassle. Importantly, the plumber was fantastic. Invited me to shadow him. Answered lots of questions -- I learned a lot. He also tweaked a few things that didn't end up on the bill. Showed me some tips and tricks for the future. Again, A+ on quality and customer service. Pricing was the only concern, and that's set by the company, not the workers. Also, they found one major problem that had caused water damage. But after stopping that leak, they referred us to a company that gave a high bid to dry the damage -- a bid that was around $2K more than a competitor company. So I'd give 5 stars / A+ for communication, customer service, professionalism, quality of work, great staff and plumbing technicians, helpfulness, etc. But 2 or 3 stars for price competitiveness. So 4 stars overall. They do offer membership discounts and other things -- but a discount on a high priced service can still be high. Nevertheless, their work was top quality and the customer service was great. Sometimes it's worth it to pay premium prices for that peace of mind. My general advice: If it's not an emergency, get at least two quotes. And before any plumbers arrive, research reasonable charges for things like snaking a drain, replacing appliances, etc. Then be clear in your own mind on how you want to balance cost, company reputation, quality of work, Yelp reviews, you name it. Will I go through CPI again? Sure. Good company and you get what you pay for.
