First, the service was amazing. Our waiter was so nice, so attentive, and extremely helpful in terms of describing the foods and helping us choose beers. A lot of their draft beers are from the brewery they have on the property (Knife Edge Brewing). My friend and I liked their Blond Ale and their Moon Shadow Session IPA. The IPA was slightly citrusy, crisp, cold, and refreshing. Exactly how you would want a beer. For the food, we had the crab cake appetizer, the caesar salad, and the seafood pappardelle (pasta). Everything was absolutely delicious. The crab cakes were wonderful. Flavorful but not grossly fishy, soft, and the sauce accompaniment was great. My friend and I split the caesar salad and the pasta, so the portions you see of those in my pictures are HALF of what they actually are. The caesar was solid -- a nice sauce and clean, fresh romaine. The croutons seemed homemade and were really good. The pasta had three types of seafood -- shrimp, scallops, and Maine lobster. All delicious and with a tasty garlic lemon cream sauce . It was a good amount of seafood as well. I highly recommend this place. It's a little off the beaten path but well worth it!! As a plus, we spotted a wild fox while driving through the property to the restaurant!

I had the scallops special and wild rice, both were delicious but I would have liked to have had a vegetable with the meal, that was about $26 The fried shrimp were large shrimp with the tails left on and the side of coleslaw was large chunks with little to no dressing. The fresh cut fires were a plus. The waitress was strung out, all ovwr the place, but very pleasant. This is a local "watering hole" and it has a welcoming vibe. Stopped here twice actually and between the two of us, had the egg salad, cranberry chicken salad and fish and chips X2 and were all quality ingredients and prices on at least what we ordered were not egregious. When you walk in, there is a cute little gift store where they also sell fudge. The fudge is absolutely delicious. Personally I think it's better than the fudge you would get at the shore in Jersey or Maryland etc. their bakery items are to die for there is always an abundance of choices so hard to choose from that. Sometimes you get maybe 3 to 5 items because you just can't choose. As always, the staff are fantastic . They hustle and know the menu. The food is always delicious. All of the dishes were a good size for a bigger menu. Flavors, textures and seasonings for each dish were very thoughtfully crafted, the effort and love is unmistakeable. Our meal was about 3 hours and it really didn't feel like it, everyone left full!!! It's priced at $115 per person, not including drinks or gratuity. Well worth it! Service - while the service was good, our server was prompt and mindful of drink refills as well as getting the order correct, however my one criticism of our dinner was that the service did not meet the standard of dining like this. At this level, you're paying for more, food costs more so the gratuity costs more and the expectation is higher for BOTH! No-one is okay paying for a BMW and getting a KIA. There really is an art and expertise needed to work as a server for a high end restaurant, you cannot serve people like your working at the Olive Garden.
