I did at one point have the bar in my arm from them and when I had to get it removed they used lidocaine which I told them many times did not work for me. I felt every pull from them trying to get it out of my arm, it took 3 of them yanking at my arm for an hour to get it out while I was crying my eyes out in pain. Not only that but I had to have surgery and they scheduled me without any consultation with me at all. They did not take my schedule or work schedule into any consideration. They simply just scheduled me on a day and called to tell me, when I told them that day did not work the nurse, I think her name is Molly, got an attitude with me and kept trying to force me to abide to her wants for MY SURGERY! She even went as far as to push the date through to the intake nurse who called me and was extremely confused when I said I was not having surgery that day and explained I wasn't consulted before scheduling. She apologized for the offices dismissive behavior. The nurse who is supposed to fix the surgery scheduling said she would call me back in 30 minutes, after an hour and a half passed I called back in attempt to get ahold of someone to figure out what was going on. The nurse that answered put me on "hold" but in fact I was not on hold and heard every word from them calling me an impatient b**ch, to them saying I just need to accept the day they want to do the surgery and get over it because it is their decision. I fully understand working with their times as well and expressed that on multiple occasions yet they still are attempting to force me into a day I cannot do. I also have had surgery from them back in February and have a scar that has never healed and every time I have expressed this to them they tell me it'll heal on its own to just give it time. It's been 4 months and I'm still having issues with the "scar" site. They simply are dismissive and do not care about their patients, do not go here, go literally any where else. This place is unprofessional and careless!

They gave emergency appointments late in the day, granted you may not see the doctor you normally see. But you'll get seen the same day, without the extra expense and stress of going to an urgent care center. I used Doctor Budi who was an excellent doctor to work with. She was kind and courteous whilst showing genuine concern for my health. She did always have cold hands, but with cold hands comes a warm heart. I may have been one of her few male patients, for I hear that she mostly works with children. I'm a child at heart so I was happy.

This office's entire staff have always been super friendly when I visited. The check-in staff are always nice to me. The reason for my review is because I would especially like to acknowledge Nurse Practitioner, Stephanie McCombs and her nurse named, Megan. I always schedule my appointments when they are in the office because, they are a phenomenal team. Recently, Stephanie had to give me some very difficult news, and she acted quickly to provide me stellar level of care and sent me to the best specialists. She has supported me in my journey to lose weight naturally, and she has even been culturally sensitive to my needs as an African American woman by referring me to physicians that look like me when necessary to address my medical needs. I have greatly appreciated her for her cultural awareness and for supporting me in this way. She and Megan have always been helpful in providing me with the best quality care when I visited the office. I would also like to mention, Dr. Lerner. I had the pleasure of being seen by him recently and he was very kind, professional, and very helpful. He reminded me of my childhood family physician, Dr. David Keller, who I was a patient of from the time I was born and for more than 20 years of my life when I lived in my hometown of Greensboro, N.C. I say, all of this to say, Dr. Lerner also made me feel at ease. It's not easy finding a good neighborhood medical/doctor's office today where you feel valued as a patient, and get good quality care where people still care for others and mean it. This office does. However, I stay at this one because of my rapport with Stephanie McCombs, NP and Megan (Nurse), and because I know they truly care about their patients. It just shows in how they have cared for me. Was knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly to me. He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond explaining to me what was happening. He made me feel very at ease b/c he had done these procedures before. The nurse came in to offer me support knowing it would be painful. The nurses and doctors were amazing. My wife ended up having to have our twins early for medical reasons and the staff was great at explaining everything. My wife needed help after giving birth and the nurses were so compassionate. Our boys stayed in the NICU for a bit and Dr Uddin and Dr Mandoa were amazing. The nurses were also great. Being able to come or call in 24/7 was amazing and helped ease the sting of not having our boys home with us. Dr Budi who is now an executive at the hospital even stopped by to say hi and even covered a shift once even though he is on the administrative side, which I thought was very respectful and admirable because he didn't forget where he came from. I'd recommend this place for everyone. They truly care about families.

Dr. Toso delivered my baby through a C-section and because of her, I now have to deal with a trauma…read morein therapy which was the biggest trauma of my life. As I was laying on the table, she did some tests to see if I was feeling anything before she cut me open and every single one of her tests were answered with a "Yes, I feel sharp pain". She went ahead and cut me open anyways. Result: The Epidural catheter was miss placed in my back -so the anesthesia wasn't working- and I felt the ENTIRE surgery and screamed of pain THE ENTIRE SURGERY. My whole C-section was about me screaming "STOP, I FEEL EVERYTHING, PLEASE STOP", and not being acknowledged. I felt Dr. Toso cutting every layer of my skin and it went on... If that wasn't traumatic and messed up enough, I also lost a lot of blood - my hemoglobin/blood count went from 12.0 to 6.0 and I got into a critical stage after surgery (A SIMPLE C-SECTION) and had to have blood transfusions. After surgery Dr. Tosso never came to the room to clarify why everything happened the way it happened. I never heard a sorry from her or the anesthesiologist and they also lied in the reports saying that the surgery was UNEVENTFUL, NO COMPLICATIONS AND ANESTHESIA WAS ADEQUATE. What a shit show!!!! My husband was with me the entire surgery and witnessed it all, if wasn't for that I am sure they would have played the card of "patient was hallucinating"
