It takes a bit of time if it's your first appointment, so be prepared with your basic medical history and prior physicians information, and this will cut down on your Checkin time. Like most PCP's, annual well health physicals should be booked in advance (35 days was the next available when I had called), but they have accommodated my family for sick visits promptly, within same or next day. Our PCP offered great referrals for specialists in areas we needed, and this location has walk in hours almost every day. I honestly don't know what these people are complaining about below, they sound like they have issues that deal with things that have zero to do with a PCP office, but instead with insurance companies, or were calling to grill a receptionist with questions that really should be asked in a consultation with a nurse or doctor. Receptionists make appts, handle billing, check patients in and out, submit paperwork and do requests of doctors. Anything beyond that you need to actually consult a doctor/nurse for, your pharmacist, or your insurance company.

She doesn't rush through her appointments and she combines natural remedies with effective prescriptions and follows up with you. I visited her for my regular check up and to see if I could better manage my asthma and I have to say I am already so please with the outcomes.
