Everyone in this practice is extremely kind, patient and thorough. Follow through care and attention from text/email/phone and inpatient experience is impeccable. Very aware of the priority of patient's complete wellbeing and working with all insurances and financial concerns. read more

Initially the two West Asian physicians attractedr to the practice as did the office In Columbia, MD These two and Dr Rowe the body builder were loose, hip and progressive. Unfortunately a couple years later the two Indian zfovtots as well as the practice treasurer were all indicted for Medicare fraud. ( Is every business person from Idiad a thief? ) One of the two young doctors killed himself and the other one is probably practicing non official medicine at the minimum security prison on Maryland's Eastern Shore. I can only go middle of the road on my review..I sent my previous records to this office 3 weeks ago...And you can't get anyone to answer the phone so impossible to schedule an appt.. read more

Tried calling 3 days in a row to setup a appointment. Tried finding reviews and did find the previous owners were indicted. Still, I just wanted to try to schedule an appointment after reading some of the doctors were decent. Noone ever called me back after 3 consecutive days, never able to reach anyone or was simply dc'd by their system. When you're in pain, you want help, not just more frustration. *Editing after 09/11/19 Tina called me back after posting review, allowing me to speak with her regarding viable treatment options and appointments. They are out about a week for new patients. Once arriving, the staff worked through people relatively quick (i.e. although I don't think anyone there actually answers phone calls, only responds to voicemails, making it a policy/procedure of theirs). It was a relatively clean and decent place to sit. Spoke with Tina again, and she was cordial. Dr. Ojeyemi listened and answered my questions about options. Dr's often want to jump in without preconceptions, but he took the time to listen to my quick history. He was actually quite relatable during conversation. On to next step, may update later. read more

As I have stated in a past review. I have been coming to Orthopedics and Wellness for several years. The staff is professional and caring about their patients. Dr. Roh is an excellent doctor he is very thorough and cares for his patients well being. He goes above and beyond to ensure his patients are satisfied with the service he performs. I would give Dr.Roh a 10 out if 5 stars Thanks doc, Jim Liverette read more

Dr Roh is AWESOME but this is the worst run office I have ever seen. It's a shame too because a lot of the staff is delightful. I finally left after being swapped to different docs or PA's every other minute with no notification and the absolute disregard for the tons of patients waiting an hour plus past their appointment times. They may have changed their name from American Spine but nothing else has. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. read more

Dr Matthew Roh is an amazing provider! He is sincere and really cares about his patients well-being. Surgery center is on site so that's convenient as well. They take most insurance plans and the staff is always super friendly and respectful. Office space is always clean and tastefully decorated with decent chairs in the waiting area. Highly recommend!! read more

Apparently some people have had issues with this office in the past, while I've had the exact opposite. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr.Roh, Dr.Hall, and Dr Coffie. All are friendly, respectful, but most of all caring. The office staff such as Leah and King are insanely polite, friendly, helpful and ANY matter I have ever had in dealing with any medication, pharmacy, insurance problems, I've always been gotten back to within the hour - if not sooner. As busy as doctors offices are, some people might want to constantly call and call, hold and hold, when it's so much easier to login to the patient portal and wait a few minutes. I was referred by Dr.Gonzalez to the head of neurology at John Hopkins concerning a matter, when 3 different neuroligists in the area never suggested, advised, or gave me a referral. Possibly saved my life even. At every appointment they are constantly concerned with the progress I've made, always caring, but most of all positive. A lot of offices are revolving doors, not this one. The office staff, physicians, don't even ask me my name as they know me on a first name basis. I'm 44 years old and can't recall a time since seeing a Pediatrician as kid where a doctor will give you hug on the way out the door as both Dr. Hall and Dr. Roh both do. They've had a rough time in the past, a lot of bad press, but this a NEW OFFICE. After a year at this practice I can say the entire staff feels more like a supportive family, than group of physicians. In fact, with multiple medical issues, I have seen a multitude of specialist and physicians in both Frederick and Montgomery county in the last 12 years, this is the first time I've ever left a review for ANY doctors office. So I hope this review is helpful to anyone who may take a glance. One thing to totally take into consideration is it's hard now to find doctors who are not only good, but treat you good as well. Those doctors are truly the most rare. read more

I have been coming for years and have received nothing but the BEST OF CARE!! All the providers have all been good but now I just see Shirley by choice. She is caring and kind. and sincerely cares. read more

Soon leaving my review for Dr.Roh, I was disturbed at what I was reading from others. Alot of negativity. I go in and get the best care. Yes, some days they get backed up or something goes wrong. So? What doc office doesnt!! These docs, I believe, do their best. I'm seeing Dr. Roh. Hes the most patient, com patient, man. He doesn't shove you out the door. This is why he gets backed up. Wow...that sounds bad!!! Sorry doc!! Lol he is worth waiting for. Kara is another one. What about Joe?? You can be waiting, as soon as he calls your name, how can you not laugh at him!!! His football team sucks!!! Sorry Joe!!! You have to remember, these are only doctors. They arnt perfect, they arnt god!! They try. As for the office people?? Show some compaction. Those girls deal with people yelling at them because they dont have meds, appointments are messed up, ect... how bout next time you have your app, you go in and tell one of them thankyou for what they do. It may make their day, make them smile. Whatever doc you see? Shake their hand or hug them and tell them thankyou. Ya know...if it wasnt for them, you wouldn't have your procedures or your pain meds. Next time you think about writing your review?... DONT HATE!!! APPRECIATE!!!!! For the people on the surgical side?? Bless you too, thankyou!!! I have been over there MANY times. This place has served me well for 5yrs now? Many surgical procedures done, things found wrong with me I nvr knew wrong. Finally found out why I was in the pain. Still completing procedures, but I'm now in process of reducing meds. Everyone should make this their goal. If all possible, the less medication, the better. If no medication, PERFECT. This place can do this for you. All docs are great, I know mine is, Dr. Roh. So...please, next time you do a review, think before you start. People read...I sure did, I been there a while, I'm sorry you feel that way, you need to be patient. Take a deep breath, say thankyou. It does your heart good. If you see Dr. Roh, you will learn this. If you read this and you hear my name called, the saying goes.....SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING!!! I will be waiting. Thankyou to all you that work there and to all you doctors. GREAT JOB. Keep pressing on. Sherilee Burnett read more

On June 21, 2019 Dr. Ojedapo Ojeyemi performed a thermal ablation ( nerve burn ) on my lower back. That was 9 months ago. Every day, all day I am in pain. The day after the procedure I called to report a numbness and needles and pins feeling in my legs and feet. I was told this is normal and would eventually stop, it didn't. There was very little explained to me about this procedure beforehand. Yes, I should have asked more questions, that's on me. I can tell you now, 9 painful months later that the thermal ablation did not work. I returned to the Dr for a follow up and was provided no relief from the constant pain. I eventually had to have a spinal fusion ( different doctor ), which was successful. Today the only pain I continue to have is from the failed procedure by Dr. Ojejemi. At this rate, the pain from the failed procedure may never go away. I can't say for sure whether Dr. Ojeyemi is a good or bad doctor. I can only say I wish I had never had the nerve burn. I would also, strongly advise careful thought before agreeing to any operation and asking many more questions than I did. read more
