While communication with Jeff was cordial and polite, the schedule mismanagement and lack of respect of a repeat customer's time was not.

He assured me he had worked with this product before and was confident he could do the job. When it rained, after his installation, water came pouring through the two holes where the light and ceiling fan work was done and the light shorted out and tripped the breaker. I sent Mark a text on august 8th, with a video showing the water coming though, and got no response. I called about a month later (we were on vacation) and he didn't answer but on September 18th he sent me the following text: "Good Morning Sir. I am currently in a psychiatric hospital and have been for a couple of months. I just got to see my phone. I will return your call when I am permitted to do so. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause". I then found the company who originally installed the patio cover and had a rep. come out to see if he can fix the problem caused by Mark. Mark had created two holes on top of the patio cover and ran a wire up one hole and down the other. He did not put the wire in conduit, leaving it exposed to the elements, and he did not even attempt to caulk the holes. I'm now having to bring in another electrician to correct Marks terrible work. In addition, Mark installed a 50 amp plug in my garage for my Tesla charging cord and now I am receiving a message indicating the wall plug temperature is high and I need to have the plug and the wiring inspected.

I hired this company to do several electrical repairs around my home. He scheduled me 3 times…read more Twice he cancelled on me an hour before he was to show up. The work he stated he would do and what he actually did was totally different. He was supposed to install a new light fixture in my laundry room by running a new power source back to my junction box and put it in conduit. Instead he spliced into an existing outlet and ran wire up the wall inside the laundry room. Nothing was put in conduit. I asked him to check on a jbox that needed repair in my attic. I checked the repair today and he didn't even put the jbox cover back on all the way. It's missing two screws and one side of the cover is sticking up. It's supposed to be completely enclosed not partially. If you want your time wasted and poor workmanship done on your home then he'd be perfect for you . DO NOT HIRE HIM.

Yelp didn't have any reviews on electricians so I did a ton of research on Google. This company was not easy to find but once I did I discovered they had a clean ROC record with no complaints and I found some articles about the company's commercial work with favorable reviews. They charge $65 and hour with a min of 1 1/2 hours for travel. (Which is pretty competitive most Electricians have a flat fee of $85 - $95) The Electrician Jonathan was great. There was quite a bit of troubleshooting but he was able to locate the problem and fix my outlet. He saved the day! I would highly recommend this company. The price is fair and they were knowledgeable.

My HOA had Tap out to replace several light fixtures and change the manual timers to automatic. The…read morelight fixtures were 2x4" white fixtures (warm light) that were replaced by 6x8" black fixtures (cool light). Tap did replace the fixtures with the proper ones 3-4 later. We had 2 interior wall outlets that worked independently from the exterior light until Tap changed the timers. After 5 weeks they still have not corrected the issue.

For this same outlet, the tech made a hole in the other side of the wall and did not mention it until the job was done. Also, he did no clean up what so ever. There were piles of drywall and dirt at two areas of the house where we had additional outlets installed. When the company invoiced me, I asked for a small discount to cover moving my internet and for being without internet access for 3 days. They refused and insisted that they were not responsible.
