They provided an estimate of $2,389.80 and required a deposit of $1,194.90, which I paid. After several visits, they were unable to complete the lock installation. Instead, they later told me the entire door needed to be replaced and sent a new estimate for over $16,000. Replacing the door was never my intention -- I only wanted the lock changed. Since no work was completed and everything remains exactly the same as before, I requested a refund of my deposit. Unfortunately, they refused, saying they would keep the money because they had already attempted the work. I understand companies deserve compensation for their time, but keeping such a large deposit without completing any actual work feels very unfair. I hope they improve their communication, pricing transparency, and customer service in the future.

He showed up when he said he would and he as very responsive to messaging. The day he showed up, another person showed up with him. He explained this person would be doing the work. He initially stated the project would probably take all day. This was not the case. He charged me $500 for 1.5 hours of work and they re-used all of the extra materials from our home. When he came back later to get paid and check on the work, I asked if it was still $500 because the guy wasn't here for even 2 hours. He said yes. Ok. I'm still on board at this point because I don't really know much about pricing (but $500, using no materials....that's like $200 an hour!). I called him again about our two bathroom faucets leaking, which I had showed him when he came to get paid. He said he could fix them. Said he would call. Didn't. Messaged me for pictures. And literally never called or responded back to my messages. Do not use this company. They take you for your money and leave you hanging when you need something.

We hired him for the first project which was installation of a water filter that involved drilling throughout granite counter and removing the garbage disposal in order to make room for the installation. He showed up when he said he would (often a problem in our area) and did a perfect job. It is so wonderful to have clean water. We will be calling Him again for all our projects.
