Freda has been a god send to my family and I. She just completed alterations on my clothes and again she did an incredible job! I have been in her store at least 10 different times and every experience has been perfect. She has always completed my orders on time and provided exceptional customer service. I rarely write reviews, but Freda is the best! I stumbled upon her shop over a year ago and any time I've used her service she never lets me down. she's done several alterations for our family. Her work is pristine! My daughter was going to her junior prom and needed some adjustments to her dress. I went to another shop in the area to purchase a belt for the dress and they ripped me off. She replaced the belt with one of hers and not only did she tailor her gown perfectly but she even personalize it and made it even more beautiful. She is a beautiful person and a wonderful tailor. Freda does absolutely AMAZING work! She did the alterations on my daughters wedding dress and it is gorgeous! My daughter needed something to cover her shoulders in church, she showed Freda a picture of what she wanted, Freda walked in the back and cut out a pattern in about 90 seconds! We brought her the lace and she made her a beautiful lace cover up! I also had her do some alterations on my dress for the wedding. Absolutely love everything she did. Her work is incredible! I was that customer that gave a date for work to be picked up by and then I needed to change the date to have my clothes done sooner. I called 4 days after for this request. Well, she was still accommodating to my request despite the busy load prior that she acquired. She did have to stay at her shop longer but did it for us. Freda did an AMAZING job for my daughter's dress for a school function. I ordered it in January and it didn't arrive until the second week of March and we needed it done by the end of March. The dress was very long and Freda did a spectacular job in a huge time crunch for a very fair price. Excellent service and alterations on several items I took in to be altered. Sleeves were shortened and remade according to my specifications, a dress for my nephew's baptism was shortened, and the shoulder redone to perfectly fit my body. Two pairs of pants were hemmed to the length to match my shoes and she shortened one top which was too long. This is the best tailor/seamstress in town!
