The only option is to email a PDF form with a picture of your credit card and ID which is, not only super annoying, but absolutely not safe. You don't want this type of info circulating around, identity theft is no joke. So I decided to drive to the store to pay, which with traffic took me forever. When I got to the store, I had to wait 20+ minutes because the updated estimate that the sales person sent me earlier was not showing up on their system. The sales person was not available. So we had to wait for him. Making a payment should be easy, we are in 2026 :-) I'd even be happy to pay a convenience fee to get an online payment option. Also to be clear. The sales person was very nice and professional. Not blaming the people here, blaming the process and management of 84 Lumber.

We were impressed at how well they worked in sync with each other, like a well-oiled machine. They removed the trees, ground down the stumps, hauled all the logs and branches to the front of the house, scooped it all up and took it away. In and out in four hours and price was very fair. The store is packed with inventory. The husband and wife make a very good team with friendly service. We were greeted immediately upon entering. We explained what we were looking for and she directed us to her husband (I'm assuming) who was able to show us where to find what we were seeking. He even made a couple recommendations and explained why the bits come two to a package (because they break). We didn't select the first item he'd suggested, but it was easy to find an alternative at a less expensive price -- as we didn't need the color/higher quality of the first choice. We paid at the front of the store. The price was quite reasonable and comparable to the bigger stores. And left happy that we came and found what he'd needed.

Plaza anchors include Ross Dress For Less, Office Depot and Winn-Dixie. There is also has a McDonalds, GNC, Sally Beauty, Edible Arrangements, Wood & Fire Neapolitan Pizza, Pollo Tropical, PNC, Wells Fargo, and Dollar Tree. I really like the large furniture consignment store, True Treasures. On this recent visit I was dining at the delicious casual burger and sandwich restaurant Lindburger's. For a strip mall from the 1980's this is actually very nice. There is a good mix of shopping, dining, and services. There are some tenant occupancies but not too many. I could pretty much get all of my errands done on a trip here. You don't see too many Winn Dixie's around anymore so it is nice they still have one. As far as Florida strip malls go, this is a pretty good one.
