I asked for a container to put the bottle in so I could still buy it as it was the last one. I was told by the young clerk she could not help me. I had almost $200 worth of merchandise at check out and asked to see the manager whom I was sure would help. Instead, I was told he could not put the damaged merchandise in a container for me to take "for free" I would have to pay for the "container". Even though I was willing to take the damaged merchandise that they would have not charged me for. When I complained, I was told to leave and never come back, or they would call the police. I am an elder member of the neighborhood, and I was shocked at these young "managers" behavior toward me. He refused to give me his name which proved even further that this store is lacking in ethics. Whomever the manager on shift 7/8/26 SHOULD BE FIRED.

I later picked up a battery operated skill saw that had nothing covering the blade but a piece of tape (a common theme here). My immediate thought was of someone's kid playing with it and cutting their hand open so I promptly took out the battery and set it back on the shelf. Overall this location is overpriced for what you're getting, and the lack of common sense the employees/management have is very frustrating. Goodwill runs solely on donations so there is absolutely no reason for things to be priced how they are other than blatant corporate greed.

The employees are nice and respond quickly to the bell when you need a dressing room. The prices are alright, better than in Eugene. I was able to get two sweatshirts and a paint bottle for less than $10 thanks to the color tag sale. The bathrooms are clean and not coded and the parking lot is big with ample spots. It's easy to get in and out of even on the busy street. I stop by here every time I visit Florence and I don't see that changing any time soon.

The woman who owns this shop also owns Periwinkle Station next door and PS Winkles across the street. She was very friendly and was happy to provide help when I needed, but also didn't breathe down my neck as I was perusing the store. I was on the Florence Charm Trail, but earlier when I was on Bay Street I hadn't stopped into this shop and I'm glad I did the second time around. I was trying to be quick on my trip through this store because my mom and I had planned to head back to Eugene much earlier... so I didn't get a chance to wander leisurely, but there were a few things that caught my eye and I had to keep myself from looking and buying. Had I had more time, I don't think I would have gotten out that easily.
