The only time you need the $5 membership is when/if you want to write personal checks. Who does that anymore ? Besides, what do you pay at Costco whose prices aren't all that great on many items plus you usually have you to buy in bulk quantities. Sorry Costco; I'm a single, adult male and I don't need five bars of soap. Keep it up Bi-Mart and keep on sponsoring events and supporting the communities in which you have stores ! Once, a new employee scratched my watch while installing a battery and they paid to have it fixed - no questions asked. (I don't work there but I do shop there often and no incentives have been offered or received to write this review.)

While checking out at the Florence, Oregon Bi Mart on Monday, December 1, 2025, I was treated very…read morerudely and unprofessionally by the male clerk (Terry) while checking out my purchase! I had forgotten that I was paying with a return credit slip and mentioned that it was a complicated return policy, as I got out the return ticket he mentioned that it was meant to be difficult so as to deter customers from returning items. I than said to him that that wasn't good for customer relations to which he uttered "you can always shop somewhere else!" I couldn't believe what I had just heard... I'm a retired produce manager who worked for over 38 years serving the public and have received 20 Outstanding Service Awards! Had I ever spoken to customers like Terry did I would have been reprimanded and or fired! I have shopped Bi Marts in both Florence, Oregon and Lincoln City, Oregon for 8 years and have never been treated or spoken to with such disgrace by any clerk! This definitely affects where I'll take my business in the future.... Thank you for hearing my complaint, Sincerely, Michael Wilson

This is the worst example of customer service, ever. I dropped a bottle of weed killer and a small…read moreamount leaked out. I asked for a container to put the bottle in so I could still buy it as it was the last one. I was told by the young clerk she could not help me. I had almost $200 worth of merchandise at check out and asked to see the manager whom I was sure would help. Instead, I was told he could not put the damaged merchandise in a container for me to take "for free" I would have to pay for the "container". Even though I was willing to take the damaged merchandise that they would have not charged me for. When I complained, I was told to leave and never come back, or they would call the police. I am an elder member of the neighborhood, and I was shocked at these young "managers" behavior toward me. He refused to give me his name which proved even further that this store is lacking in ethics. Whomever the manager on shift 7/8/26 SHOULD BE FIRED.

The employees are nice and respond quickly to the bell when you need a dressing room. The prices are alright, better than in Eugene. I was able to get two sweatshirts and a paint bottle for less than $10 thanks to the color tag sale. The bathrooms are clean and not coded and the parking lot is big with ample spots. It's easy to get in and out of even on the busy street. I stop by here every time I visit Florence and I don't see that changing any time soon.

A man took it into the back and priced it for $40!!! We immediately offered to put it back where we found it. I later picked up a battery operated skill saw that had nothing covering the blade but a piece of tape (a common theme here). It was completely operational and anyone could have picked it up and ran it. My immediate thought was of someone's kid playing with it and cutting their hand open so I promptly took out the battery and set it back on the shelf. Overall this location is overpriced for what you're getting, and the lack of common sense the employees/management have is very frustrating. Goodwill runs solely on donations so there is absolutely no reason for things to be priced how they are other than blatant corporate greed.
