Cute little gift store in Florence that has just about anything your heart desires. The woman who owns this shop also owns Periwinkle Station next door and PS Winkles across the street. She was very friendly and was happy to provide help when I needed, but also didn't breathe down my neck as I was perusing the store. I was on the Florence Charm Trail, but earlier when I was on Bay Street I hadn't stopped into this shop and I'm glad I did the second time around. I was trying to be quick on my trip through this store because my mom and I had planned to head back to Eugene much earlier... so I didn't get a chance to wander leisurely, but there were a few things that caught my eye and I had to keep myself from looking and buying. Had I had more time, I don't think I would have gotten out that easily.

And it reminds you that gifts are not just for you but forgiving to others. We were hesitant because we only really wanted tea but was told no problem. Tables are a bit close together but a lovely set up. After sitting down we were given menus. Made me feel a bit weird about just ordering tea so we looked at the menu and I decided to try their clam chowder. My daughter got their finger sandwich with the cream cheese and mandarin oranges. I ordered my mom hot chocolate. Service was not the best. I asked how their soup was and was told it had won 1st place one year and 2nd the next. We got our tea and my daughter's tea cup, that they had on the table, was dirty. My mom got her hot chocolate and it was barely warm but I decided since I didn't want her being burned I'd just let her drink it like that. Then we got our sandwich and soup. My daughter said the sandwich was good. I went to try my soup and it was also barely warm, actually cold! Then my daughter noticed we didn't get milk for our tea. We weren't asked if that how we drank it. Our server didn't come back to check on us and I had to flag her down to ask for milk and tell her my soup was cold. She apologized and took my soup. We waited for the milk and instead I think she was microwaving my soup and waiting for it to be ready to bring both the milk and soup back instead of getting the milk to the table ASAP so my daughter can drink her tea. Our server was young and maybe inexperienced because service was definitely lacking. My soup came back scalding hot, hense me thinking she microwaved it. Trying the soup, it was definitely not anything special. I hate giving these reviews. We had such an amazing experience the last time we were there. We spent over $100 on our tea, scones and Items in their store. This time we were sitting there thinking what?? We spent over $60 and was so disappointed. The only reason for a 2 stars was because the tea was good, my daughter liked her finger sandwich and we ended up purchasing some of the tea she tried.
