I was trying to get Worker's Comp through my current insurance providers but they did not offer it so they opened the quote to other agencies. What a nightmare, I was inundated with with rude, pushy, obsequious insurance brokers fighting for my business. I was at a loss until I received the most pleasant email from Adrian. He explained what he could do for me, asked a few questions and made me feel like I mattered as an individual. He followed up via text which in this day and age really caught my attention and was so much easier for me to manage considering the nature of my job. He never pushed me or made me feel pressured when I was too busy to follow up with him and he gave me all the time in the world to make the decisions that I needed to make. He also never made false promises and explained everything in great detail so that I knew exactly what it was that I was signing on for. He did this via e-mail, phone and a personal visit. He came all the way to Pasadena to meet with me personally and I was very touched by the time he took to build a personal relationship with me. Adrian also did everything he could to expedite my process and always goes above and beyond what is expected of him. I always need things in a hurry and he accommodated me to the best of his ability. I was so grateful and more than impressed. He even arranged a second meeting where I met David whose kind, knowledgeable advice affected me personally and helped me immensely with understanding the nature and importance of insurance in a business set up. These two gentlemen go above and beyond the call of duty and I will certainly be turning to them for advice and guidance throughout my business career. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
