I almost cancelled my policy after nearly 20 years due to past issues when it was Bill Hart staff at a different location, but the new owner and staff completely turned things around. The service is now excellent. Edith especially is great! She's prompt, explains everything clearly and always follows up. Because of this positive change I decided to stay. Edith you're the best! Edith Hernandez gives the best customer care. I've been a State Farm customer since 2015, and I always contact Edith with all my questions. I've tried calling in and speaking to any other agent; but I can't trust I am getting the same care as when I speak to Edith. I am sure that all the girls there are amazing; but I always have to call her to confirm everything with her. I have recommended friends to State Farm in the past and have always told them to ask for Edith to go through their concerns, because I can count on the exceptional support she gives, my recommended friends, are now happy state farm customers. Just this week, she took the time to answer all my questions and took the time to even right-up the details for me, I have to see the numbers up-front to make sure I am comfortable with everything, before committing. State Farm, I am sending you a new potential customer this week, and that is all based on the exceptional service and care Edith has given me for the past 10 years! Thank you, Edith!! read more

State Farm insurance sucks! Absolutely sucks. My car has a blown engine from an obvious accident that was not our fault and we had recorded video and a police report and they claimed it was normal wear and tear. It had 50k miles and was perfectly taken care of. All regular service with proof. They suck. I talked to my dad, an attorney and he said they were the worst. DO NOT USE STATE FARM! They are horrible! read more

I've had Sony and Alex as my agents for over 2 years. Got my life insurance and personals policies with them. Nothing but great service and professional staff. During these Covid times, compared to other companies, they always answer the phone and I don't have to talk to a machine. Or if I leave a voice-mail they call me back within minutes. This is the right spot for any insurance policy read more

I been with state farm for almost 12 years, Today I went to the office because I had some questions about my policy, Paolo Gutierrez was the one helping me out, he was so professional and helpful, he took the time to go over my policy and explained to me all the benefits I have with my insurance! Con artists, absolutely the worst customer service, VERY RUDE STAFF, and very dishonest business practices. Our insurance rates change without notice, nobody communicates anything to us, can't get phone calls returned. Trust me, you can get much better coverage from other insurance offices in the area. Alex, you should be ashamed of your staff, State Farm corporate will be hearing from our family on this one. read more

I am giving a 5 star review to Alex Mora and his team of talented and helpful agents. Sony once again was able to accurately answer all my questions and helped streamline my total loss claim. He patiently answered all my questions as I educated myself more on my auto policies and helped inform me of certain changes as I transitioned my auto policy to a new vehicle. Thank you very much! read more

Sony really was very helpful through the process and once I came over to State Farm which will save me up to $80.00 per month I wa super ecstatic and 5 days later received a refund from Mercury so yes I give 5 stars great service and communication read more

Alex Mora just personally called me and began an argument with me. He stated that he was dissapointed with me and my review, yet he fails to address the mistakes that were made. Alex gets agitated, and said that I insulted him and his staff. You make engagements to speak with people and yet never call, your staff makes so many costly mistakes that my family and I have to pay for. Alex called me immature and threatened to sue me. I told Alex that I stand by my personal opinions based on the issues I encountered at this branch. More mistakes get made and they fail when it comes to accountability. This office is a total disgrace to State Farm and a failure at service. You dissapointed me Alex... Why don't you begin by addressing that issue. I am very hurt. I'm only speaking the truth Alex...You can't censor me. read more

The time & effort that Alex Mora & his team put into my situation, went above and beyond for ANY insurance agent. This week my landlady said "If you can find a legitimate insurance agency that will cover dog bites for your specific dog's breed, then I will let you keep the dog". Alex wrote an email to my landlord explaining that the renter's insurance policy I attained from them, includes dog bite incidents for ANY non-wolf breed (not just my American Bulldog) and provided the best customer service I've ever had from an insurance agent. They're definitely my insurance company from now on. Thank you Alex, Sylver & the entire team! read more

Alex Mora - State Farm Insurance Agent - Auto Insurance Near Me - Orange, California

First I do want to thank Alex Mora and the team he stands behind. My mom started her coverage with them and added me into it. Over time my mom left the company and I stayed with them because i had built a trust. At times I was in a hole and even then they helped me thru it. Over time of speaking with the staff about my coverages I felt like I knew them personally and it was always a "hey kassandra, hows it going ?" VS. "how can I help you?" To me that made a difference. I recently went thru a double loss claim over the weekend and I called my agent ! They helped me thru it all. Thank you for the awesome customer service that you have and continue to give those positive vibes. You guys are an amazing team ! read more

State Farm Agent Alex Mora Every time I need to do business with them, they are thorough, quick, and polished.
