Excellent experience today. Saw "13 Fusion that I'd been searching for in the exact color for a VERY reasonable price. It was a new car priced less than a certified pre owned that I was about to buy the day before I found this one. I was nervous that I would miss this one because I had to work and I knew how good of a deal it was so I didn't think it would last. I emailed the dealer at 10pm that night and asked to have someone call me as soon as they got in the next morning. On my way to work the next morning I got a call from a salesman named Brian Beatty, I explained my situation to him and he assured me that there wasn't a problem. I asked to communicate via email and text because I was working. Over the next 4 hours and 5-6 emails and texts later we'd completed my financing, negotiated a trade and closed the deal. I asked that all of the paperwork be completed so that I could just come in test drive and sign. When I got to the dealership everything was ready and waiting. The finance manager was professional and knowledgeable he got me in and out quickly but nothing felt rushed. I was in and out of the dealership in an hour. A truly positive experience!! I took my car in for a recall and oil change. I waited around for a long while, then finally picked up my rental car. I had to drive an expedition because Enterprise told me that I had to rent a Ford and that was all they had (I drive an Escape). Didn't get a call back from Ford until the following afternoon telling me they didn't have the part for the recall. They should have scheduled me AFTER they got the part, not before! It was a huge waste of my time! Now I have to go back and do the whole thing all over again because now the part is in...The staff was very nice, though, so I can't fault them. I think there is a huge disconnect between the parts department and the service department. They need to remedy that ASAP! While I was there I asked about the side mirror my husband had ordered. First they said they had no record of it, then they asked if I ordered it directly through the parts department. How would I know? Well, it turned out they had the mirror and NO ONE ever called us! My husband has been waiting for that mirror for about a month. read more

These people are unconscionable. I walked in to Fred Beans Subaru to purchase a manual transmission sedan on Good Friday (not sure why they were working to begin with, but whatever.) I spoke with a nice man who agreed to look at financing options for me while I visited my cousin. I stopped in at the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram on my way back and discussed with Zach any manual sedans that they would have. He was super helpful until I asked him to call the man from Subaru, so that they didn't have to double the financing work. He wouldn't do that. I asked three times. Then I said it might just be easier for me to speak to the manager to sort it out. Everyone in the store turned on me in an instant, when all I had planned to explain was that I'd visited the Subaru, that Zach was helping me out a ton, and I wanted to save him time. Long story short, they called the cops on me 3 times and I'm now banned from Fred Beans. GG. At least Dominique from HR listened to me, before also calling the cops on me. read more

My service for my inspection and oil change was great and they found a warranty ssue that would have caused the car to overheat if not corrected, so I am happy that was addressed. When I made the appointment, I described the ongoing and increasingly difficult problem I am having when getting a gas fill-up. My car stalls or almost stalls and runs really rough, making me wonder if it will continue running. I was assured it would be checked out. After repair, Chris told me, they couldn't figure out what was wrong without taking it somewhere and getting it filled up and see what happens! !! Why didn't they tell me that when I made the appointment, I would have brought gas with me to replicate the problem! !!! read more

To be honest, I was dreading the whole car buying process. Brandon Dague at Sloan Motors changed my entire perspective. I had contacted him ahead of time regarding the vehicle I was interested in that I had seen on their website. When I pulled up to the dealership, the vehicle was already parked in front of the doors. I went in and was greeting kindly by everyone, and immediately after saying hello and introducing himself, Brandon took me out to see the vehicle. Sloan not only had the exact car we were looking for, it was the best deal by far in my 200 mi. search! While no-one ever wants to hear that their car needs an unscheduled repair, during a simple oil change, they found a problem caused by another shops incorrect brake pad installation on my truck which caused dragging and damage to the rotors on my f150. Conscientious repair is what we all need to drive safe cars, and ultimately it costs less to do it right the first time. Sloan Ford service is worth the investment. read more

Just an Inspection/Oil Change. WAY to expensive. I only bought my F-150 on Halloween, and I was surprised to find out that I already needed an Inspection. It should have been Comped, in my view. The Service Mgr. and Personnel were all terrific , though, and the waiting Area is Top notch. I really like Sloan Ford, this was at least my 5th Vehicle , purchased there. read more
