Thought it was a connection issue as another dealer had to fix that in August, but water had gotten into the device when my water bottle spilled when I had to slam on the breaks when a car cut me off. Water damage was not covered by the warranty, but they replaced it for free. Turns out another customer had demanded the device be replaced even though there was nothing wrong with his, so they gave it to me. No connection issues. Thought that was exceptionally kind since I don't even live in the area. I'm headed back to the area for Christmas and my routine service is due, so I scheduled to have it done at Reedman Toll.

I had the car for 9 days amd only put 700 miles on it and while driving 60mph on the highway with my daughter, it shut off while driving and had to pull over. After getting it towed there I was told my engine was blown! I called and asked if there is loaner or anything that could be done and was told there was nothing they can do. So I had to dish out another 1000 for a rental that I dont have. They had to send it to Kia to replace the engine which km grateful for that at least. But just feel like something else should be done for me as well for all the hassle im dealing with!!

They called back and said that a sensor was damaged from a stone hitting it and it was not covered under warranty. They quoted $1200 to fix it. I declined the repair and acquired a sensor from another dealer for $200. We brought the vehicle back to our shop to install the sensor. There was no light on in the dash and there was no visible damage to any of the sensors. The sensors just snap in so, if there were one that needed to be replaced, we could have done it in 30 seconds. Even if it had to be calibrated, it still should not have cost more than $400. They charged me $250 for a false diagnosis. Stay away, they are criminals!

However, everything changed after July 3, 2026, when I traded in my car for a new one. Before trading it in, I had refinanced my old car and was told I would receive a refund for the gap insurance. Since the trade-in, I have been getting the classic runaround. The dealership tells me the refund comes from the lender, and the lender tells me it comes from the dealership. No one wants to take ownership of this issue. To make matters worse, I received a follow-up call from Rose D'Ambrosio asking about my experience. I explained the exact situation to her, and she promised to look into it and call me back. That was three weeks ago, and I have heard absolutely nothing. My spouse even called and left her a voicemail, which also went completely unanswered. This used to be my go-to dealership, but after this experience, I don't know if I will ever purchase a vehicle here again or send any more referrals their way. I am incredibly disappointed. Something has changed at this dealership, and it is not a good change. Do better

After viewing the reviews and meeting the owner. I decided to give them a try. The service on my mother's car was reasonable. Unlike the BMW dealership that looks for additional things regardless when she brings it. The inspection and emissions was quick and painless, as it should be for a car with only 5k miles! During this time, I hit a curb and tore the sidewall on my wife's tire. So I decided to obtain a quote. To my surprise, they were close to the quote I received from my wholesale club. So I gave them the work. When I went to pay, my bill was actually $50 lower than the original quote and cheaper than BJs! Not only that, they gave me a ruboff for the lottery as a thank you for servicing our truck there! I like working with a local service center that I can trust. I like dealing directly with the owner if I have an issue! I like knowing the name of my mechanic. Try that at your local, overpriced dealership!
