2024 Ford Bronco Big Bend Eruption Green
    Corey M.

May 30th 2024 I walked into Fred Beans Ford Exton for the very first time, I was immediately greeted by a sales consultant named Hiep Luong. He asked me how he could help me and I told him I'm interested in the Ford Bronco. We walked out to the lot, he showed me what they had available. We test drove, and I really liked the bronco! I really liked how Hiep never felt like he was over talking and being "a pushy car salesman" he waited for me to talk and answered every question I had very politely. Further on I was introduced to many other team members at the dealership, all of which were very genuine and friendly to me. Overall, I felt very taken care of throughout my entire experience and never felt pushed! Pat the finance manager also made me feel very taken care of, as if I was family, and he fought to get me the very best interest rate & maintenance package on my payment. I give everyone at Fred Beans Ford Exton raving reviews, 10/10 customer service experience!!! Thank you!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I took my car in for service, spent just about $1,800 to repair my vehicle. Drove the car one day and the warning lights came back on. After them having the car for a few days and driving it 70 miles, they ended up telling me that the warning lights mean nothing if they come back on, because there were no codes remaining, and the car was fine. The kicker.... when I came to get my car from the lot, I started up my car and saw that THEY LEFT ME WITH ONE MILE TILL EMPTY OF GAS IN MY CAR!!!!!!!!!!! ONE MILE.... ONE!!!!!!! I'm just blown away. When I brought it to their attention, they all just stared at me with blank faces and said nothing. HAHA what a joke these people are. Couldn't possibly care any less about their customers. UNREAL

Took my 2015 F150 in for service for an electrical issue. Quickly diagnosed and fixed while they kept me updated throughout the process.

After viewing the reviews and meeting the owner. I decided to give them a try. The service on my mother's car was reasonable. Unlike the BMW dealership that looks for additional things regardless when she brings it. The inspection and emissions was quick and painless, as it should be for a car with only 5k miles! During this time, I hit a curb and tore the sidewall on my wife's tire. So I decided to obtain a quote. To my surprise, they were close to the quote I received from my wholesale club. So I gave them the work. When I went to pay, my bill was actually $50 lower than the original quote and cheaper than BJs! Not only that, they gave me a ruboff for the lottery as a thank you for servicing our truck there! I like working with a local service center that I can trust. I like dealing directly with the owner if I have an issue! I like knowing the name of my mechanic. Try that at your local, overpriced dealership!

I've been going to McLean since he opened and I loved going there and all his staff. They've never failed me. So I'm taking back the bad rating I left and I'm apologizing. And I'm telling you people that McClain is the way to go. He is thorough and he's amazing

Short story is that I paid $160 for a diagnosis, the "Sales Adviser" (how about "service" rather…read morethan "sales") recommended something for $2k that was unnecessary - no thanks - problem not resolved, and wanted another $100 for further diagnosis - no thanks. The long story is engine misfiring, paid $160 for diagnosis. Kink in the vacuum hose (couldn't have taken too long to spot), but "Sales Advisor" recommends I also replace all ignition coils for $2k. What? Huh? Are they bad? They don't know, they only checked one of them and it was fine, but what's $2k, right? No thanks, I'll pass on that "sale". Replaced vacuum hose for another $300. But one cylinder is still misfiring. They want another $100 for further diagnosis. I expected that the $160 (not a cheap diagnosis price) would cover a full diagnosis, not a first pass diagnosis. I declined. I'd rather take my car to a place that does what is agreed upon and doesn't have a "Sales Adviser" who tries to sell me unnecessary things.

Last week and this week I had a very frustrating experience at the Pep Boys in Exton, PA (Store…read more0158), and I want to share this as a cautionary note for others scheduling services here. I ordered tires online and had them delivered to this location, along with an oil change. Unfortunately, they didn't place an oil-change reminder sticker on my car, claiming they had run out. Then, I scheduled a vehicle inspection for 9:00 a.m 10/7 and rearranged my work schedule (I'm a nurse, so this was not easy). At the last minute, I was told the inspector called out and I'd need to come back the following day. I was promised a small discount and rescheduled again. When I showed up this morning, they had no record of my appointment and no emissions stickers available. The staff was unprofessional and unsympathetic. Overall, this location's communication and customer service were very disappointing. If you plan to use this Pep Boys, I'd strongly recommend double-checking your appointment and having a backup plan. Currently I am driving around with outdated inspection stickers but plan on finding another place today.
