    FACTORY GIRL - Shakshuka

Brunch here was pretty great, there will almost certainly be a line but worth a reasonable wait…read more The menu was pretty appealing, and couldn't resist the shakshuka. The portion is gigantic so don't expect to finish it, loved the flavor and richness of the sauce. The eggs were a little too done for my liking, I usually prefer them more runny. The most shocking thing was the prices, because it didn't seem like the English menu had them. Especially for the shakshuka, the add-ons really add up.

Really enjoyed Factory girl for its hipstery vibe and well designed menu... the food paired really well together (mine was the egg with bread potato microgreens tomato and cheese ) It was absolutely delicous and I licked my plate practically clean.. My friend who is vegan got the plate with no egg and cheese. They gave them faux minced meat and eggplant to replace the egg which looked delicious!! The only thing I had an issue with this place was the price point (I thought it was pretty expensive) and when I ordered a coffee , they gave me a bottle of cold brew with ice... I kinda wanted like a fresh iced latte but thats not the biggest deal just a misunderstanding I think. Service was very friendly and they only accept cards ! This place would be a good date spot to show someone you really like them (and you pay for the meal )

Just wow! I had the pleasure of eating my first meal after running the Berlin marathon at night…read morekitchen and it was hands down the best treat! The meal was 10/10 and the ambiance and service were the icing on the cake. We were fortunate to enjoy the beautiful outdoor seating as it was a warm evening. We ordered 3 dishes to share in my party of two and each was a flavorful delight. We also had some fantastic craft cocktails to complement our meal. This is a hidden gem in the city and I highly recommend as it was one of the best meals I had over the 5 evenings I was in Berlin.

The menu is extensive and provides dishes for sharing. Menu is also fairly priced. 1. Zucchini burrata - update to a previous item. Now with a whole burrata which complements the sauce, tomatoes and zucchini. Very good! 2. TLV shrimps - came with a topping of cheese, just the way I like it! Underneath, 5-6 shrimps cooked well and the sauces it comes with were amazing. From the pesto, to tomato, to chili oil. 3. Beirut nights - Not too sweet. The sweetness comes from the rose water syrup outside. It provides good sturdy texture for the dessert itself. Overall, very good place to come and would gladly come back again if I lived in Berlin!

Night Kitchen - The restaurant building is in the middle of the interior of the street block. You have to walk through a little alleyway to get to it.

Love this place. Little Green Rabbit is a chain, but this one is quite inviting…read more I was in the area, looking for a place to eat for lunch when I saw this place. It was the green umbrellas and seating outdoors that called to me. Unfortunately, like other outdoor dining areas in Europe, smoking is allowed. I just knew I would have to deal with that if I wanted to sit outside. I already saw a few people smoking. When you walk into the restaurant, the menu is posted on the wall behind the counter. It's a casual environment. As the name suggests, the food is vegetarian. Posted on the menu are stuffed baked potatoes, soups, salads, and juices. Bottled drinks in a refrigerator to the side. Tall table seating indoors. The salads are either small or large. I ordered a small quinoa salad and grabbed a bottled pomegranate tea from the refrigerator. While the gentleman rung me up at the register, someone else put my salad together. All fresh ingredients in a bowl. Glad I decided on a small because large is way too much food. A rabbit can only eat so much in one sitting. My drink was good and salad delicious. I used the restroom before I left, which is on the right hand side, through the side door. Had to mention it because the ladies room is a tiny stall for one. Cashless, so don't forget to bring your credit card.

Little Green Rabbit is a truly great cafe. What the offer is a very nice selection of vegetarian…read moresalads, soups, and potatoes. That's pretty much it. But, that's truly enough, as what they prepare is all very-very good. The way this restaurant is designed is that you walk inside, decide what you want from their menu, and you order it at the counter. No cash. Only card. Then, it is prepared very quickly. I mean, they really do a great job of preparing each dish very fast. In terms of seating, for their interior they have a couple of long group tables and some two person tables along their wall. Me, that's where I like to sit. They also have a large amount of outdoor tables. Most of these table have umbrellas, so it is a great place to sit if you want to enjoy the air. The one problem I have with sitting at their outdoor tables is the same problem I have with virtually all of the restaurants in Berlin, they allow to people to smoke at these tables. One would think, at a vegetarian restaurant, they would not allow smoking. But, I have even witnessed staff members taking a break and going out there for a smoke. This is just something to keep in mind. Normally, I too prefer to sit outside, but I hate to have my eating experience diminished by someone smoking next to me. Overall, this is one of my favorite restaurants in Berlin. The food is very good. They staff are all very nice. And, you walk away feeling as if you have actually done something very good for your body.
