BEST EVER Contractor and Designer…read more All I can tell you is that La Villa Luxe is the very best contractor I have ever had!!!!! Zach is such a great person and updated my kitchen to a WOW kitchen! The issues he had to deal with were not a burden to him...he always found a way around to make sure everything worked...EVEN going above and beyond what I contracted him to do! Zach and his team worked within my budget, showed up every day, did perfect work, had incredible patience and transformed my kitchen (Flooring, edging, on top of cabinets. Will be doing the countertops and sink area soon) and bedroom into gorgeous spaces...YES, all within my budget. Zach, the owner is there every step of the way. He is no one you have ever met because not only is he a contractor but also a designer with an amazing eye for design and for what the client wants. If you have any questions, please ask. Or call La Villa Luxe (Zach Zaid) +1 (929) 529-4840. You will not be disappointed!!!!!!!

Hey my last post was taken down. It goes to show that if you tell the truth, it will scare this…read moreguy. So hey, do not go through this company like I did. They will rip you off and not do any work. And then when you take em to small claims they won't pay. Cuz someone is broke and not paying their insurance premiums. I don't know how the truth I spoke on here got taken down but I bet it's because it hit too close to home. Again, use ANY other company unless you want to be swindled out of a crap load of money!!! Wonder why there's only good reviews? The owner flags em so people think this is a good company. It's not. Wish I hadn't gotten mixed up with this place.

Fair pricing, owner is creative and not wasteful with your money…read more Our bathroom toilet was installed poorly and with no seal, it leaked into our kitchen. The kitchen looks nice with how they expanded our work space but the cabinets they installed are junk particle board n with water prone areas, they have blistered, cracked, faded and drawers fell apart. Getting them to come back or help fix the cabinets has been unsuccessful after several calls and texts!

This post is for anyone that is looking for a contractor that they want to trust!…read more I think I figured it out. I want to tell you about our journey. So, just finishing up two bathrooms: our master bathroom and a second-floor hall bathroom, that share a wall. The hall bathroom is approximately 8x10 and the master bath is 10x10, 100-year-old Mt. Lebanon home. The Hall bath is original mud set. So, started the process two years ago and my wife and I struggled to find a contractor. Our primary goal was "peace of mind." We wanted to find someone that had vision, did quality work, and would give us options that would fit within a reasonable budget. And, honesty, after a while, all the contractors start to sound the same...."tell us what you want." And the prices were sometimes hard to fathom and while our initial goal was $60K for both bathrooms, we actually had bids in the $90-100K range. Crazy. After almost losing hope, I was introduced to Jeff through a friend that I could consider "exceptionally meticulous," lol, or picky! And the fact that this friend had nothing but positive things to say about Jeff meant a lot. Look at the pictures, they speak for themselves. What you need to know is that Jeff is onsite and a hands-on contractor. He also has a really great team. He is SUPER meticulous and thinks through obstacles as they arise. When you are opening 100-year-old walls, you sometimes come across surprises and obstacles. I was so impressed by Jeff's vision and how he would thing through these challenges. Further, he has a very strong "design" sense, as the project moved forward, he would bring up ideas to improve the beginning vision and they were always great. As an example, our walk-in closet shared a wall with our master bathroom and now we have a new second floor laundry room/walk in closet. It has changed our life! Jeff's estimate did not change aside from add-ons that made sense as the project progressed. His labor costs were mid-point to our bids and while we went over budget, it was our choice because of the materials we chose to use. And why am I posting all this, you might ask? I've been in sales my entire career, and it's my fundamental belief that when you identify true, trusted professionals, you help them. The last thing I will say about Jeff is that you can trust him. He cares about his reputation and wants to see his customers thrilled. He is responsible and will diligently work on your project until it is done. He gave us our "peace of mind." I am so thrilled that phase I of my deck is complete. My contractor, the Bridge City Team…read more(https://www.bridgecityteam.com/), went above and beyond to deliver a first-class deck in less than five business days, even though they had to work around the bad weather plaguing the Pittsburgh region in June. The Bridge City Team provided the required documentation for HOA and helped us get through the approval process within 24 hours (after I sent the request for HOA approval to the wrong email and wasted over a week and a half). My deck seems to be more substantial, stronger and better looking than those in surrounding townhomes. The Bridge City Team even helped us regrade the back yard, which had been a stony mess as with many new construction builds. For phase II of the build, the Bridge City Team will be building a stamped concrete patio walkout under the deck, retaining wall planters at the side of the townhome as well as a gabled roof above the deck. For those in the Pittsburgh region who need to build a patio or deck, need interior or exterior concrete or masonry work completed, need to transform your interiors or install hardscape, outdoor kitchen and fireplaces, please consider using the excellent Bridge City Team. I highly recommend them

I would discourage anyone for using this company. I hired them, and it was one of my biggest…read moremistakes ever. "They" are really just one guy who sells projects, and then he tries to pull together enough workers to try to accomplish the task. He will not answer your calls, he will lie about actual costs, he will over promise and under deliver. The contractors he hires can't even trust him to pay them. He will cut corners and have his sub contractors do just enough that you won't take legal action. He is not to be trusted. I gave him the opportunity to make it right before I took legal action and once I convinced him to do the right thing, it took him weeks to write a refund check that ended up not even being the amount it was supposed to be. He held 12k for four months and had "his crew" (two guys) do less than nine full days of work.

I will begin this review of American Home Services and Tony Diulus by saying that we began the…read morejourney of seeking a new roof, windows, skylights, gutters & downspouts. We attended a local home show and came across a company called Construction Management Services and met the owner Carmine Diulus. We had Carmine come in and give us estimates. He seemed well versed on what was needed and his price was actually pretty good. After several weeks back and forth while trying to obtain a refinance loan we ended up having to omit windows but Carmine said the price was as quoted for everything else. That was great news. We said we needed to have it all complete by mid June to which we were told would not be an issue. Soon we signed the contract with him on April 19th. From there things went south. Our skylights had been leaking and with all the rain we got in April and May it was only getting worse. I reached out to Carmine to see if we could move up on his schedule to minimize any damage due to the leaking skylights. He said it should not be a problem to at least do the roof and skylights, then go back to finish up the other stuff. We were OK with this. Well as the days turned into weeks we had not heard from Carmine even though down payment was made and check cashed. After a fairly scathing email from me I heard nothing until about a week or two later I get a call from a guy named Tony saying the guys should be there to measure for the skylights in the next couple days. I had no idea who Tony was and after a few minutes on the phone I finally got the chance to ask him and told him we were dealing with a Carmine he say's "Oh Carmine is my son" Fair enough. He said he would be taking care of our roof and things from that point. At first I thought great since Carmine seemed to fall off the face of the earth. I think it was early June before someone finally showed up to do work. A small crew of Mexican guys came to start removing the old roofing. I have no problems with that though we were told that Construction Management Services (Carmine) uses only his own guys and doesn't sub anything out. After a brief conversation with the crew leader it was obvious they didn't even know who Carmine or Tony were. Then came the wrong skylight size ordered. They completed the roof and then eventually came back several days later to replace the skylights. All in all the guys that did the actual work did a good job so no complaints there. They were led by a guy named Lou/Lew/Luis? Then came back and forth with Tony for the next several weeks to see when the gutters, downspouts, and aluminum wrapped fascia would be completed. This went on for a long time. I would get to the point twice of having to leave 2 scathing voicemails for Tony with no response. My wife asked for daily updates to which we got none. Finally a different couple of Mexican workers came to remove the gutters and downspouts. Their work was good enough though they seemed to damage some of the new drip edge while removing the gutters. Something that could have been avoided had the overall job been scheduled better. The next day yet another couple of Mexican workers came (the 3rd different crew) to install the new seemless gutters and downspouts. They, like the roofers did a great job. All in all the actual work that was done was very good and the crews that did them I would hire directly in the future if I knew who they were or how to get hold of them. As for Carmine and Tony, and whatever they are calling now or in the near future, be it American Home Services, Construction Management Services, or whatever if you see the name Diulus please, please, please run away and go with someone else!!
