Fratelli La Bufala

THE BEST DATE-NIGHT ROMANTIC SPOT IN MIAMI…read more Pane y Vino is one of those rare restaurants that gets everything right: charming, delicious, romantic, and completely unique. The décor has so much personality, and the entire experience feels wonderfully old-school--from the attentive service to the little details that make you feel genuinely taken care of. The owner is lively, charismatic, and absolutely charming, faithfully tending to her guests and making the whole room feel warm and personal. And then there's the food. The carpaccio was exceptional: paper-thin slices of fresh beef topped with delicately sliced mushrooms and a unique lemon crème that made the whole dish sing. The mussels were enormous, served in a spicy tomato broth so delicious you'll want to finish it with a spoon. Just when you think it can't get any better, dessert arrives. Homemade, gourmet, and prepared right at your table--and somehow it doesn't feel gimmicky at all. It's genuinely spectacular. The surprise hint of Nutella hidden beneath the delicate finger cookies takes it completely over the top. And if you love eggplant parmigiana, theirs is top of the line. The portions are hearty, the prices are surprisingly reasonable for the quality and experience, and the atmosphere is made for a romantic night out. One warning: make your reservation in advance. Pane y Vino gets packed, and once you experience it, you'll understand why.

One always think "if they have good ingredients they're going to be good" but apparently, Pane e Vino misses this notion: they have the best ingredients for sure but also the master hand of incredible chefs that make every dish unique. My mum had the Cannelloni di la Nonna, smooth, and delicious. My dad had the Maltagliatti, and he didn't talk after he finished. I was celebrating my birthday. And I asked for the Alla Ruotta, but with Pappardelle. Made Al dente, this pasta was smooth, with a a sauce that merged the best Italian tomatoes, and the best Parmigiano Reggiano. I added cheese on top of it, but that's because I'm an absolute fan. Then after they sang Happy Birthday to me - something I didn't ordered - they provided the table with THE ABSOLUTE BEST TIRAMISÙ I HAVE EVER TASTED IN MY EXISTENCE. Don't ask the ingredients, enjoy. You're absolutely welcome. Creamy, soft, fresh, all done at the very moment. It makes you question why this restaurant doesn't have a Michelin star... While the concept is the classic "Italian Hole-in-the-wall" and the ambiance is quiet, ideal for a romantic date, with dim lighting and soft music, there's always an artist making pasta at the window, and there's always time for the chiacchiere with Angelo. His stories of life and recipes are great, but also some Juventus talk, and how football evolves... amazing... amazing. Amazing food. Amazing people. Grazie mile, Marco e Angelo! The pizza crust is thin and crispy, with fresh toppings, and the overall flavor is quite close to traditional Italian style. For dessert, the tiramisu is highly recommended; it's delicate and not overly sweet. It was so dark that I couldn't read the menu. I had to take several pictures of it with my phone just to figure out what to order. My husband could read his menu because light from a wall sconce shone on his side of the table. I wished there had been a light on our table, but I looked around and didn't see any on the other tables either. We shared an Insalata Tricolore salad, and of course I had to try the Gnocco Fritto, the puffed fried bread from Emilia-Romagna. The order came with three pieces. It wasn't as oily as roti or funnel cake, but it was satisfyingly carby! Our favorite dish was the Cavatelli Macchialina. I loved the rich, robust flavor of the sauce, which had a wonderful complexity and marriage of flavors. I thought it was even better than some of the pasta sauces we'd enjoyed in Rome, Italy. My only complaint was the spiciness, which was a bit much for me. The menu described baby meatballs, but I counted only two in my portion, while my husband had four. The cavatelli pasta itself was perfect! My husband ordered the tiramisu for dessert, but it wasn't what we expected. Rather than the creamy dessert we normally associate with tiramisu, it reminded us more of shaved ice with a hint of coffee flavor. We missed the creaminess, but it was refreshing and something different for the Miami heat. We shared a Limoncello, which was a popular drink that night. Overall, I really enjoyed our dinner at Macchialina, especially the Cavatelli Macchialina with its wonderfully rich, flavorful sauce. The Gnocco Fritto was a fun, new treat, too. Despite a few things I would have preferred differently, I'm glad we dined here and had the opportunity to try their take on rustic Italian cooking.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. The ambiance is beautiful--elegant, intimate, and welcoming. After a short wait in the bar area, we were escorted to our table, where we found it beautifully decorated with roses and rose petals in honor of our anniversary. It was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture. In fact, the couples dining around us were joking with my husband that he was making them look bad because their tables didn't have the same romantic setup. It made us feel incredibly special. What impressed me most was how genuine the hospitality felt. I've dined at many of Miami's most exclusive and expensive restaurants, and sometimes they make you feel like you should be grateful just to be there. Casa Tua is the complete opposite. The team genuinely cares about creating a memorable experience for every guest. They aren't pretentious--they're warm, thoughtful, and focused on hospitality. Those little details make all the difference. The food was absolutely phenomenal. While the menu isn't extensive, everything we ordered was exceptional. I had just returned from a trip to Italy, and I can honestly say the truffle pasta at Casa Tua was every bit as good as the best pasta I had there. It was outstanding. The Branzino deserves its own paragraph. I've ordered Branzino at some of the finest restaurants around the world, and this was, without question, the best Branzino I've ever eaten. It was cooked perfectly and absolutely unforgettable. To top off an already incredible evening, the restaurant surprised us with a complimentary dessert beautifully decorated with "Happy Anniversary." It was another thoughtful touch that made our celebration feel even more personal and memorable. Dessert was incredible, the wine selection was excellent, and every single course exceeded our expectations. Another pleasant surprise was the value. Considering the quality of the food, the level of service, the beautiful setting, and the location in South Beach, I expected to spend far more. I've paid nearly twice as much at other Miami restaurants and left far less impressed. Finding this combination of exceptional food, genuine hospitality, beautiful ambiance, and reasonable pricing is incredibly rare. I also have to recognize our server. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, which is a shame because he deserves a special mention. He was a young gentleman from Venezuela who provided some of the best service I've received in a very long time. He was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help. Every recommendation he made was excellent, and throughout the evening, we never felt rushed. Instead, we felt cared for and welcomed, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. In today's world, it's becoming increasingly difficult to find restaurants that excel in every category: outstanding service, exceptional food, beautiful ambiance, and fair pricing. Casa Tua delivered on all of them. We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary there on Thursday, July 2, and it was an evening we'll never forget. From the beautifully decorated table with roses and petals to the complimentary anniversary dessert, every detail made us feel celebrated. I sincerely hope this level of hospitality is what they consistently deliver because if it is, they have earned lifelong customers. I cannot wait to return, and I will be enthusiastically recommending Casa Tua to all of my friends and family. It was, without question, one of the best restaurant experiences I've ever had.

We have eaten in this restaurant regularly over the last 10 years and have always enjoyed excellent food and service. Tonight was desperately disappointing to say the least. There were only 3 of us dining in a half full dining room. They managed to confuse our order so a forgotten pizza was rushed out after 2 of us had almost finished our pasta dishes, which were not great themselves. The pizza was barely cooked and and returned promptly. The servers were unapologetic at best and entirely dismissive at worst. At this point we had lost faith in the place and asked for the check. When we asked to speak to the manager, she approached us and argued with us, practically shouting in the street without listening to our issues or comments and fully committed to charging us the full price (minus the awful pizza we refused which she seemed to think was doing us a huge favour). As owners and operators of hospItality venues we have never experienced such unprofessionalism and unwelcoming rude behaviour. We're easy going people but this was disgusting. A shame given it seems to still have the same owners that made us love the place to begin with. read more

Absolutely Amazing Authentic Italian cuisine! Wow! It doesn't get any better than this. They are a taste of Italy in the heart of so-fi. The staff was extremely friendly knowledgeable and attentive. Our waitress was very pretty and sweet. My fiancé and I walked by coincidently and were invited in by a handsome Italian gentleman. We started off with a "La mozzata piccola" appetizer a long with homemade foccacia bread, which were both scrumptious and a fine bottle of Tignanello wine. We than shared a pasta dish called Scarpariollo simply delicious. Followed by a "il file" grilled to perfection. We were too full for dessert but the manger insisted we try one so he sent us a complimentary Nutella crepes, I must say they were divine. We are very pleased to have found this Italian gem right here at home. Every time we visit it transports us back to our summers in the Amalfi coast. I'm from Upstate New York. And I visit MB a lot, so I've had my share of great pizza. Not only is great but it's also really unique! The wings are served underneath onions, but if you're an onion hater, don't worry, you can pick them off. You can taste the coal on the wings and it's a really unique way to eat them. The pizza was also wonderful. We ordered half hot pepper half sweet pepper and sausage pizza. It was excellent. We were all disappointed we couldn't finish it. My friend and I ended up here after a fun filled Saturday on Lincoln Road. It seemed like a lively,…read moretouristy Italian spot to enjoy pasta and soak up the sips. The fact it had TV's to catch the Knicks win the NBA Championship? Score! Full disclosure: When we first walked in, I noticed the premade dishes and the foodie snob in me started looking for options elsewhere. However, we saw servers walking from the back with fresh made dishes and gladly decided to stay. Though after drinks elsewhere, we swore we were not gonna have, we did enjoy a glass of Pinot Noir with our pasta. We decided to split their lasagna and Diavolo pizza. The bechamel in the lasagna was real creamy and even a hint of sweet? The spiciness of the diavola pizza blended in the aftertastes, and had just the right amount of heat. The pizza was large enough for 2 people to share and still take some slices home. Of course there was dessert, their yummy strawberry gelato! Sidenote , we later found out that the owners of this chain are French. It speaks to the wonderful globalization and the perfection and the cheese in our dishes. I would recommend them; might even try some of the premade dishes that I'm ever in a hurry.

If you come here with the full understanding and acceptance that you're at a restaurant on Lincoln…read moreRoad, which is one of the most touristy spots on already touristy Miami Beach and set your expectations accordingly, you'll be fine with this restaurant. If you come here unrealistically hoping to find outstanding Italian food made from traditional, old-world recipes and exceptional service at discount prices in an area that's long been well-known as a tourist trap, then to be blunt, that's really on you, not the fault of Pizza Tua. I was attending an event at the nearby Miami Beach Convention Center and came here for a late lunch. Pizza Tua has lots of outdoor tables on Lincoln Road with red/white checkered tablecloths and umbrellas overhead, and it was nearly empty. They were playing Latin music from a speaker in the doorway, which was a bit odd for an Italian place, but this Miami, so... Service was just OK. It was better when we'd first arrived, but once our meals were delivered we were forgotten about for a long period and had to wait for some time after we'd finished our food before they even checked on us so we could pay. Once they delivered the check, it then took even more time before they took our payment so we could leave, and we were really the only ones there. IMO that's one of the biggest faux paus a restaurant can make - There's nothing worse than being ready to pay and leave and you need to wait seemingly forever before you can do so; and that's the final impression a restaurant makes on you. As expected, the food here wasn't the cheapest, but it was fine for what this place is and where it's located. I had a pizza, it was about the perfect size for 1 person and was good but not outstanding and cost $23. A can of soda was $6. Auto gratuity of 20% + sales tax of 7% and a resort tax of 2% were generously included in the final bill. Again, this restaurant and most everything surrounding it is a tourist trap. Come here with that understanding and you'll be fine with this place.

Unfortunately, despite the beautiful ambiance and the kindness of the staff, this was a very disappointing experience. First of all, the music and atmosphere were genuinely lovely, and the hostess was very attentive and welcoming. However, I cannot say the same about the food. Luckily, we had already eaten dinner before coming here because we only wanted to enjoy a drink and a small appetizer. We ordered a glass of wine, a prosecco, and bruschetta on the side. The bruschetta arrived after almost 20 minutes, which honestly felt absurd considering it's simply something served on bread. But the bigger issue was the quality. The tomatoes were unbelievably tasteless, rubbery, and unpleasant. It also tasted like the tomato mixture had been prepared long before and left sitting for a very long time. It was genuinely one of the worst Italian appetizers I've ever had. The bread itself had almost no crispness at all. Maybe a tiny bit on the outside, but overall it felt soft, stale, and old. I honestly cannot understand how a restaurant can confidently serve something like this. To me, it felt like they rely on tourists who come once and never return anyway, so the quality no longer matters. Unfortunately, we made the mistake of sitting down before reading the reviews. If someone is reading this review beforehand, I would honestly recommend staying away.

The Alfredo was alright, it was enjoyable for what you would expect in a place like this with many different types of food. The ravioli wasn't the best, wouldn't order it again. I shared with my sister and she didn't want to finish her part. The mahi mahi was overcooked and the rest of the plate was very mid. Apart from a very mid food experience, we enjoyed our time here just because the day was so nice out and the seating was enjoyable.

Parking is easy as brickell city center has two floors of underground parking. You can also arrive using public transportation or walking if you're in the brickell area. We had no wait time, which is great compared to the restaurant area in the mall which almost always has a wait timeZ We were helped by Manuel, great server and even recommended options. We wanted to add a topping to a pizza and he advised against that which I thought was very thought-full, thinking about how it would impact the dining experience e instead of thinking to add it to charge the extra topping We ordered: Parppadelle salsiccia e funghi Amazing pasta! A must try. Cooked to perfection and flavor was not overwhelming at all. Accompanied by a Stella Artois beer Pizza cotto e funghi: Tasted like coal fired pizza, extremely well balanced with the sauce and toppings. Freshness could be perceived. I went with my dad and we both eat a lot and we left 2 slices of pizza, so size of plates are generous. Definitely 5 star on service and food!
