I like to know what I'm talking about when I start discussing something with contractors, especially when it's going to cost me a few grand. I thought D. Williams was great through the entire process. We did speak with a number of asphalt contractors, with varying success. We even had a few who would not call back when we asked for a quote, or took a week or so to get back to us. D. Williams was great on that front. We got a response right away, and even though they could not come out immediately, they did set up a time to come by. They were on time to do the estimate. Jay took his time to measure everything out, answer our questions and provide some thoughtful insight. He delivered a detailed quote while he was there, complete with all of the options and weird questions we asked. The price was among the better ones we received, so that was a plus. When they came out to do the work, it was quick and professional. The guys were polite and hard-working. We had two large areas cut out and repaired, and also added in a big piece of new driveway. The quality of the work was excellent. Again, they were happy to answer questions and let us know what was going on. I would gladly recommend D.
