Very professional and honest the whole way thru. They gave experienced advice and were not trying to 'sell us' things as others were doing. They showed us things that needed to be replaced and explained why in the process...and were already doing it before we even knew about it. (Doing it the right way.) Everything came out great...and actually better than expected. When the job was finished, it didn't even look like they were here for several days...everything cleaned up and taken care of. Very thankful for them and the crew. I had 3 different quotes, very happy I chose them. Writing the review, to tell you to hire them as well! Thankful for them.

He is precise with detail to the project at hand. However, Gary's personality and issues with me as a customer began to change rapidly which interfered with the completion of the project. Now, there's always two sides to a story and then the truth. The bottom line, don't say anything but hello and goodbye and the project should be completed. Just had a couple jobs finished by D. Williams. I have to say I was a little apprehensive when I…read morehad to start dealing with paving companies, as I am not a paving expert. I like to know what I'm talking about when I start discussing something with contractors, especially when it's going to cost me a few grand. I thought D. Williams was great through the entire process. We did speak with a number of asphalt contractors, with varying success. We even had a few who would not call back when we asked for a quote, or took a week or so to get back to us. D. Williams was great on that front. We got a response right away, and even though they could not come out immediately, they did set up a time to come by. They were on time to do the estimate. Jay took his time to measure everything out, answer our questions and provide some thoughtful insight. He delivered a detailed quote while he was there, complete with all of the options and weird questions we asked. The price was among the better ones we received, so that was a plus. When they came out to do the work, it was quick and professional. The guys were polite and hard-working. We had two large areas cut out and repaired, and also added in a big piece of new driveway. The quality of the work was excellent. Again, they were happy to answer questions and let us know what was going on. I would gladly recommend D. Williams Asphalt Services if you need a driveway done, sealcoating, or asphalt repair. They are a family business that truly does take pride in what they do.

Having recently moved to the Hudson Valley, we were in desperate need of a qualified, insured, hard…read moreworking and trustworthy contractor. It was our first time working with a contractor to do some major renovations in an old farmhouse we purchased, and as anyone reading this knows, it is very hard to meet a dependable contractor. While Mario/ Salazar Family Construction is younger than most contractors you may meet, don't let this fool you. He has worked in the industry for many years and has a family full of people in the industry. We had a gut feeling on our initial meeting that he was a good guy and we were right. He has the experience. We started working with him on a gut reno for our bathroom and then our kitchen, and he did an excellent job on both. He is able to deal with issues that come up during construction smoothly. Mario made sure we were happy each step of the way. We will continue to work with him on our many projects upcoming and we whole heartedly recommend him to anyone who needs an honest and reliable contractor. As a matter of fact, he is now starting renovation for our friends kitchen in CT. Thank you Mario!
