Apparently, it's a variation of a classic horseshoe sandwich that originated in Springfield, Illinois. Anyway, my breakfast consisted of a bed of hashbrowns, topped with biscuits, two breakfast sausage patties, all smothered in gravy and topped with two eggs your way (I got them scrambled). It was a gravy drenched delight. The kind of breakfast that will have you saying things like 'whew! That really sticks to your ribs' and 'my tummy is so happy right now.' No? Just me, then? I had the turkey club. I've had better. Could have used more mayo, turkey was a little dry. Fries were all right. My wife had the open faced turkey sandwich - the gravy greatly helped that dry and somewhat bland turkey. I want to like it more, but the food - I don't know.
