Marianne was as friendly as she was helpful with scheduling my service and explaining their money saving annual membership plan. Devin arrived ready to clear my drains so we could resume showering like civilized people (when the drains are clogged and water pools it doesn't make anyone feel good). He explained the annual service membership and what it covers which we needed and the price was nice ($200) Now we can schedule inspections and service for our furnace, a/c, and hot water heaters hot we bought when we bought this house. We had a backed-up drain from our washing machine that was causing water to back up into our…read moreutility sink. I first tried snaking it myself with a 15-foot snake, but it was still backing up. I then hired two other plumbers to come out and snake it, and neither was successful. One of them even told me I needed to redo a good portion of my plumbing for over $5,000! I found Rock Solid Drains after that, and they told me that all they do is unclog drains and that they have the equipment necessary to clear difficult washer/utility sink drain clogs. John from their team came out and within about 15-30 minutes had run a snake through our washing machine drain line, cleared the blockage, and had our plumbing working exactly as it should again. These guys are great if you have a drain clog that you can't clear yourself or that a normal plumber doesn't have the right equipment to handle. They solved a problem that two other plumbers couldn't, and did it for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Rock Solid Drains. John was great to work with, and I'm very glad we called them before spending thousands of dollars unnecessarily!

We had a major scare for the operation of our business. As a USDA inspected facility, having to break into the concrete would have forced us to close down our operations until the demolition and construction were completed. John responded within an hour of our early morning call. He was here within another hour! John was polite, motivated, focused and tenacious. Over the phone Douglas said we likely had a main sewer line blockage and he gave me two fixed prices depending on how hard the job would be. Turned out a tree root was causing the blockage (see photo). Douglas cut it out and fixed our problem, and it was the lower of the two prices. They brought shoe covers for the indoor inspection, and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Would definitely hire again!

Price was fair, great communication and workmanship. Also, his price is all inclusive. We got quotes much higher and also lower but some don't include taking the old waterheater away, permits, warranties, additional connectors, etc. I highly recommend and will keep his number for future plumbing needs.
