Was referred to the water hookup by a friend. I also spoke…read moreto other companies as well to get quotes. But Trevor won me over with his communication and pricing. It's always so overwhelming trying to decide which company to trust for these things. It was so frustrating even getting a quote for other companies, they all required an in home visit first and it just took too long to even get an appointment. But Trevor was able to give me a quote after I gave him all the information he needed over the phone. He still came by for an in-home consultation to confirm everything, and we scheduled the install for that same week on Saturday. It's impressive that Trevor does everything by himself, from the calls, in home visits, to the installation for both plumping and electrical! That's probably how he's able to keep the costs down, while other companies have to pay so many different people. He also offers a few other discounts, such as referral, military, first responder, etc. I love that it's just one person I talk to vs other companies where there's too many different people to handle different things and how hard it is to get a hold of anyone. Trevor is great with his communication, he has always picked up every phone call. Although there are some times when the call doesn't go through for some reason, might be due to no reception in some areas. Trevor was able to explain everything in detail and explained how the Clack system is super efficient and one of the best. I can confirm he's correct after doing my own research. He even provided the concrete slab that the water softener has to sit on. He installed the sewer drain line and an outdoor electrical receptacle. So far, everything is working great. I wish we installed the water softener system sooner. I still get water spots on chrome, but it's easy to wipe off. Probably other kids of residue and not minerals anymore. My hair and skin feel so much better. Also, I was concerned about watering my many houseplants with the softened water since there's now salt in the water, but Trevor reassured that the sodium amount is super minimal and won't harm my plants. Thanks for making this experience super smooth and easy!

6 month update: all is going smoothly with water softener!…read more Original review: We wanted to thank Trevor for his amazing help in installing an Eco Twin 2.0 in our home. Our water is night and day better than it was before. I can drink from the tap with no mineral taste. I can wash my hands without a gallon of soap. I can rest easy knowing my home's plumbing is better protected. The price of the full install was very reasonable and Trevor made scheduling easy. From start to finish Trevor was super helpful and easy to work with. He made an initial consult visit to make sure he knew the house layout and all the materials he would need for the install, and then came out a couple of weeks later to install the unit. One thing I liked is that he is also a licensed electrician, and was able to pull wire directly for the unit and he even installed a new, unused outdoor outlet near the unit solely for our convenience and use. This shows an attention to detail and quality that I really appreciated. The install went smoothly and Trevor gave us a nearly one hour long in-person training on all the things we need to know about owning the water softener. He allowed us to record the video which gave us a ton of peace of mind. Within the same day our water was vastly improved. We also received a followup call from Brenda, one of the owners, and she was very helpful and friendly. We are very grateful to Trevor for his time and help and are loving our new system!!!

I want to tell you how amazing Nick and his team are, they truly are knowledgeable, experienced,…read morefast and efficient. Plus they've taught me a lot about my well and water system. ** The poor rating is for the "Kinetico K2060 Alternating Twin Conditioner" that was installed late 2024. It's a salt system intended to soften my water... and soften it has! Way too much! In fact I can never tell if soap/shampoo/laundry soap is off of me, out of my hair or off of my clothing. I've called Northeast to ask them about it, I've called Kinetico to ask them about it, both say use less soap. Great, well, any soap seems to stay, and, not only has it continually frizzed out my hair, leaving me to want to join the circus, but it's left soap residue on everything - friends and family that have stayed with me tell me sheets, towels make them itch. Rinsing and rinsing things out is a huge waste of water - a huge waste of water! I've been paying to go to the local pool to shower so I don't look like I've stuck my finger in an electrical socket. Believe me, I've waited to see if anything will change, perhaps it was too much salt, perhaps the system will change, perhaps the water will do some magic that I have yet to discover. I've asked for advise, I've asked god for help, I've wondered if I should pay a huge sum and get rid of this thing. I truly have come to hate this system, worse is, I feel stuck. So now I write to let you all know that just pouring salt into your water system will leave you neurotic and itchy. I'm open to suggestions good people!

They were able to come out a few days later, pulled out the pump and determined that it was worn out. Luckily, they had a new pump in store, so it was replaced the same day. I peppered Scott and Joe with questions, and they patiently answered all the questions every step of the way. They educated me about all parts of the well pump and the best way I can keep an eye on it in the future. My wife wanted the purest water for drinking besides whole house water softener & filtration…read more We obtained several estimates but we were most interested in this particular Purifyx-Rainsoft company bc of the lifetime warranty on all of their products. Bill initially came out to do the water test on our water besides going over in detail about Rainsoft. We appreciated his detail & sales pitch. They in fact came out the next day to install our water filtration system in our garage & reverse osmosis underneath our Kitchen sink. It only took them three hours although one guy had to return an hour later bc a hose was left hanging. I spoke with the boss' wife Kelly who made sure all of our concerns were taken care of. I also conversed with Alexandria too who was very helpful & quite knowledgeable. Plus the day after our install Laddie one of their service techs came out to our home to explain the computer part of the system. So far my wife feels the difference on her skin as it's not super super dry as well as laundered items were very soft. She's very happy we finally got this done bc it was close to a year she had been waiting for it! Yay she says. Also they included an air filter too. Almost forgot about that! Initially price seemed high but bc we paid cash up front they reduced the price plus we also received the air filter machine as well. My wife was thrilled & very happy! Bc she's happy so am I!!! Happy wife; happy life!!! What's nice is this company is local as well especially if you need servicing just a phone call away! So if you're on the fence don't be. Stop waiting!
