Ted's isn't in the "dive" category- it's a little below that. But, it really is clean, they take Covid seriously and they are very friendly. I've lived in Rutland for more than 40 years and it really hasn't changed (including the furniture!). All credit cards are accepted. If you're not from the area, give it a try.
