As a former employee here I would not recommend sending your loved ones here or even working for a…read morecompany like this, they got people that's on drugs in the job stealing and upper management know about it and does nothing, residents pendants don't work half the time and when they do these care givers fail to go to them in a timely manner, residents have cameras in their rooms and illegally records the caregivers and upper management again knows about this and does nothing! They don't have any supervisors as of right now so during third shift the workers don't get a break but it's deducted from their check, the managers work " remotely " during the night shift, they don't have adequate staffing so they make workers be left on the floor by themselves and have one of the other caregivers working both floors instead of management coming in to help. Residents are left unattended in showers or forgotten on the toilet. There was an incident the other day when a resident fell and couldn't get up and the caregiver drug her to help her get up instead of calling for help and the worker is still working there, that resident is in pain and has bruises. They will throw names on the schedule to make it seem full but really it's no one on the floor. The nurse picks up shifts to " help " and sits upstairs and falls asleep or stays in her office leaving residents wet all night and their pagers ringing all night and residents complaining, she doesn't properly assess these residents coming in to see what building would be a good fit they are just worried if they are private pay to get more money because they are money hungry. The woman who puts these residents in the building lies about these assessments to have residents in the building to have a 91% fill rate instead of actually seeing how they are leaving caregivers confused on cares and whatnot about the new residents. They don't give any type of incentive for helping out barely even a thank you, these caregivers double up on residents so they don't have to go back in the room , they violate the residents rights constantly by forcing them to get in the shower, eat , forcing them to bed when they aren't ready to go to bed or don't want to & take medicine they'll put them down for bed at 7p and not check on them until third shift gets in which is at 11p. They all sit in the front by the fireplace and watch the pagers go off, they don't clean the dishes these people eat on, the residents who don't eat pork because of their religion barely have any other options to eat. Those are just SOME examples

They were helpful and cheerful with my mother who was not always happy to be there since all she wanted was to go home. Lubi was one of our favorites! She was so helpful with my mother making sure she was taken care of, clean, and safe. She was one of the hardest workers and always so cheerful! Any questions we had with any staff member, they answered and always found a solution. They also had many student CNAs and they were fantastic with my mother as well as others who lived there. Besides them helping in the rooms to get guests to the bathroom or help get them ready for bed, I also found them sitting with the guests talking with them, doing nails, or just being with them. Skylar (CNA) was super helpful with my mother as well. People is everything to the guests. Having a quality, hard working and kind humans working with my mother was so important. Have not had that at other rehab places last yr. So thankful this stay was a positive! Highly recommend the place and the staff!

If you love you person and you are…read morelooking for a safe and caring place for them, the nursing home of this facility is not the one. They starved my mother, wouldn't give her a cheap and easy test to check for UTI, UTI's will make elderly seem nutty and odd. All the head nurse said is she is declining rapidly. Well no shit! She was in their care for about 2 weeks, lost 14 pounds-and when ask for them to test for a UTI they said they could because she wasn't (couldn't-already too sick) to complain! We, WE!, had to ask for a well being ck at hospital where it was confirmed she had a raging UTI & now pneumonia. At this point she couldn't take iv antibiotics due to congestive heart failure- people live for a long time with this. I 100% believe their irresponsibleness -lack of care- caused her demise, when I asked the state overseers to come in, boy they had their records all in order-minus the fact they didn't let her eat-she was a nibbler and after 30 mins all food is taken away so she wouldn't get botulism-what a freaking joke! She'd eat day old pizza never refrigerated. The last meaningful words she told me were "I'm Starving!" She was never hungry in the other parts of assisted living. This nursing home is terrible-DON't go there if you love your person! Stay clear of this place. RIP MOM, Nancy Kisting

When asked what happened the director Nicole Armstrong has to investigate - meaning staff are not keeping track and documenting accidents. My father had visible marks on his forehead so clearly he hit his head.... Yet it's taking days to figure out what occurred. When I arrive he has been seen in the hallway bare assed on a hallway couch - with staff down the hallway chatting amongst themselves. And he almost always smells of urine, feces, or body odor. They work with people suffering from dementia but don't know how to work with these people. There is no dignity, no understanding, ZERO COMMUNICATION, and serious lack of record keeping. FUCK LAYTON TERRACE. PS- do not believe any reply from the company - they DO NOT CARE. All they care about is money lining their pockets, continuously raising rent but never improving the quality of care. They won't take initiative to investigate nor to call me. Just like previous negative reviews, they will reply with a number for me to call. When I do, they won't answer and I will NEVER get resolution.

I have had several family members that lived in our communities. I was always happy with the care they received. My father-in-law lived in Spring House (Memory Care) at Layton Terrace until he passed away. I feel the staff really knew him and did a great job of re-directing him when he became agitated. They knew what he liked to eat. They would listen to his stories. Our family appreciated all they did for Norm.

This is where my father in law was living when he continuously fell and caught covid. They "check…read moresymptoms" everyday but never noticed a thing until he was hospitalized for a fall in the bathroom and the hospital said it was apparent upon arrival that he had covid. He was in ICU for almost month with serve Covid symptoms and almost passed away. The facility told the hospital that the week before his fall he was "foggy and spacey" They never properly provided treatment for his new onset of mental illnesses and he almost lost his life because of it. Willow View had every resource to contact me but never did. Willow View is still denying that he needs any extra help and on top of that, the administrator, Melissa Gomez, is the biggest B**** I've ever delt with in my entire life and I am extremely sad that I took his word for granted when he kept saying how much he hated it there and how bad it was. He's normally so dramatic but this time I can see he wasn't. Today I went to gather a few things for him and watched Melissa take a bunch of money out of multiple different envelops inside her desk drawer without accounting for it and hand it to one employee to "hand out" Weirdest thing I've ever seen. She didn't even notate the envelopes.... He will NOT be going back here.
