We employed The Key to take care of our mother/grandmother while she was dying of cancer. It wasn't…read morean easy transition as the home health aids often called in the middle of the night, weren't always helpful in managing her medicine and didn't seem to have much training. Some did try to be helpful, but overall the number of people coming to her home made it hard to create a good relationship and provide good care. We put a lot of controls in place and care seemed to get somewhat better, even with problems of workers showing up late etc. However, we discovered that our grandmother's safe had been tampered with and was broken. The locksmith said it appeared someone tried to use a tool to open the safe. We then discovered that several priceless jewelry items were also stolen that we will never be able to replace. When asking the worker to go home, she shared that she had not been paid properly in recent weeks, which just shows the further carelessness of this company. Other individuals who worked for the key shared they were required to sign paperwork to have a background check and drug screen, but that neither actually occurred. Therefore, it is likely that these individuals who are supposed to be trusted with the care of ailing family members do not even go through a basic background check. In the months since, we have called to determine how to resolve the issue with the company. We have received no real answers and are given insufficient information. While most people who will employ this company will not encounter something so horrible as someone stealing from a dying woman, there are still major issues with the company's business practices. Please do not use this company. Seek out a licensed and bonded company who has a BBB approval rating and remove items from the home that are valuable.

This business employs a woman named Mary who works in their billing department and she is prejudice…read moreagainst title 19 patients. I went there for many months because I had two separate dr scripts to work on my knee and ankle, and this company got a lot of money out of my insurance, however, my co payment in total , totaled 15dollars. They added on interest to this amount , which is illegal for dr. bills and I get harassed via phone messages, atleast twice per week for a year now by this Mary. I have gotten so much harassing mail regarding this from this Mary lady, that the stamps alone she used could have come up to this coveted 20dollars she is harassing me about. I was going to go back there because of an upcoming surgery and needed PT follow up and was going to give the 15dollars that I owe them, but this Mary keeps on harassing me, saying she will take me to collections every time. On the phone, and in the letters, she threatens to take me to collections for 15dollars and then the added interest she added on. My Physical therapist I had was good, its just it is unacceptable to harass a former patient via mail and phone atleast 75 times now in total over the year, over such a little amount.

From the beginning, she was compassionate, knowledgeable, and always willing to think outside the box to find treatments and exercises that would help me feel better and continue making progress. She took the time to listen, adjust my treatment based on how I was doing, and encouraged me every step of the way. Thanks to her care, I regained so much mobility and function in my shoulder and felt confident throughout the recovery process. I love the 1-on-1 time and not having to "share" as I had experienced in other places. The only chin scratcher for me didn't actually come from my PT Catrina, but from the owner who popped in (even though the door was closed--sometimes I need to lift my shirt to access certain spots on my back) with a student who was shadowing. I got no heads up, and I wasn't asked if it was ok that she observer my session. I would have happily said yes, but I was more concerned that I wasn't even asked. Unfortunately, my insurance changed, and I was no longer able to continue therapy with her, which genuinely made me sad because I felt I was in such good hands. I highly recommend Catrina to anyone looking for a physical therapist who truly cares about her patients and is committed to helping them succeed.

This clinic changed their name, ownership & all new staff. The business was transferred or bought…read moreby the daughter of the previous owner for legal reasons. Since the clinic has new ownership and all new employees, they shouldn't be allowed to piggyback on the former business ratings. Those providers, office staff, and owner are all newer. You can't count on ratings based on all new staff, owners, and providers. They say they offer a variety of services on their website. All they do is refer you out without making sure your insurance is accepted. They don't like that you get your own providers. After years of going there, I received a phone stating I was being dismissed because my tests were all negative for a year. Wouldn't that be neglect on their part? They never called me in for a new test or random test or count. Pain solutions noted that I was very upset when they called me. Who wouldn't be if you were thriving in your life finally & just days before you run out of meds they cut you off. That isn't even safe. The safest way to go off is to wean by TEN PERCENT at a time. I was taken off what is considered high doses with nothing. I trusted my provider. She blatantly lied in her letter of my dismissal & never once warned me I was at risk of being dismissed. Instead she had told me the government was getting out of hand with pain meds. My monthly drug tests since July were oral swabs. I have Sjogren's (dry mouth and eyes) The swabs were dry when they told me the test was done. I expressed my concern for my dry mouth each time & came in for my last appointment ready to give a urine test for which I was refused. Everyone else gave urine. People who use street drugs (not weed. (Because that's allowed)are given a one time warning. I asked for a warning and would have skipped the meds that caused my GI issues a week before so that I could get a clean read on a urine test which at my last appointment I tried to do & was in early enough to get that instead of saliva since saliva tests are not accurate and I felt something wasn't right, especially when your mouth is so dry, it comes out dry. They didn't let me give urine because it was lunchtime. I was there before my appt. Requested the more reliable urine test and nope. It's lunch time. Others came in after me and didn't have that problem. They make you come in every month despite the government allowing them to write for 3 months. But they charge cash then say you can be reimbursed by your insurance. I haven't found an insurance company that will reimburse you. I was told that if you test positive for street drugs like cocaine (weed is allowed and promoted) you get a warning & a second chance. For 12 months I tested negative & not even a random repeat test. I held to my end of my pain contract. I went above and beyond in quite a few ways. Pro Tip, if a person tests negative for ANYTHING, especially on an oral swab taken on someone who has a dry mouth, the FIRST thing you do is RETEST in a different manner. I requested a urine test but was told nope. get a warning. I was let go for conflicting reasons. She did give me Belbuca, but not even 1mg. That doesn't help much in way of withdrawal & it certainly doesn't put a dent in my torn muscles I am trying to get fixed. Make sure you look into the "services" they offer. Those are outside providers who may or may not take your insurance. Or pain solutions gets a portion of their fees. Why else would they only want you going to the ppl THEY refer. Now I have painful injuries that are not controlled by Tylenol. I'm not supposed to take NSAIDS, but they were prescribed along with another med I'm allergic to and another I already take. It was irresponsible, a danger to my health and I still don't know which part of my pain contract I broke since I told my provider EVERYTHING. This is why I have no trust in the medical field. They literally had to dirty me up rather than at least tell me at my last appointment they didn't feel they could take care of me. There are many reputable clinics who provide pain management that bill insurance. This one says you can submit the bill to your insurance and again, I couldn't find one who will do that. I signed a pain contract with them. I held up to my end. They chose to break theirs end. I should have had some recourse
