Description of Complaint:…read more I have been having chronic lower back pain for over 2 weeks now. I then decided to got to a "pain doctor", to have the worst "doctor" visit of my life. I called before I went in making sure they took X-RAYS and MRI's (which they did not) the receptionist stated that if necessary they would refer me somewhere for them to be done. I went in, urinated in a cup, and undressed in a room without any explanation why. The "Nurse Practitioner" moved my leg one way and asked a few questions. Told her my level of pain, and she left the room. Came back and said my insurance wouldn't cover and X-RAY or MRI for a non-trauma injury less than a month (which is absolutely ridiculous). I started balling considering how much pain I was in. She said there was nothing else to be done and the "doctor" was going to come in and give me medicine to help the pain. The "doctor" came in (mind you I'm hysterically balling because of the pain, aggravation, and frustration of this place)and he stated here is a prescription for Oxycodone, see you in 2 weeks. I couldn't believe that he did not recommend me to another doctor or specialist and just gave me drugs to quiet the issue. Needless to say I will never be back there and hope nobody else goes there. This place should not be a business and does nothing besides get homeless people and addicts addicted to drugs. I found a great doctor immediately after going there. They treated me and gave me X-RAYS as soon as they could. I have a bulging disc and my back and would have had no clue if I would have just taken the medication to ease the pain and went back to the awful Pain Treatment Center. If you're looking for drugs, this is a great place, but if you actually care about your body and want professional treatment, this is the worst place possible. Hope this place isn't open much longer, I know I will prevent anyone I know from going there.

But the more I went there, the lady that answers the phone and takes your money when you visit there was still rude, nasty and mean. She hangs up on you, she doesn't like to listen to what you have to say. She just is rude all the way around. She has hung up the phone on me many times, when I was having an issue with the scripts that they had wrote out, she hung up the phone on my insurance company 2x. After the first initial visit, you never see the doctor again. He is never in the office. It's like, he is there your first visit and disappears. The two ladies are the only ones you see after that. You can't discuss anything with the doctor because he is at home sleeping and having the ladies do all the work. But I changed to a different place and was happy to tell the lady on the phone how I felt about her finally. I could have said more but she wasn't worth it. And she probably would have just hung up on me anyway. So I am happy to say good riddance and I hope you are shut down.

Includes locks for their lockers. Friendly staff. Very clean. Cons: Not enough weight machines. Gets crowded and have to wait for them. No scales in the locker rooms; you have to weigh in with clothes on. Steam room is too hot with not enough steam. No sauna. If I lived in the area, this might be a viable option, but I'd check out other gyms first to see if they had more weight machines. If you are just into cardio, locker room, shower, pool, and hot tub, this is a great club!

I noticed the tightness on my neck went away. I have to go back for a few more appointments based on the manager's explanation that it may take a few appointments to have the elbow pain progress. So far I feel improvement and looking forward To the next one. It's less than a week apart. Within several MINUTES with Dr. Zhou, WITH THE PLACEMENT OF A SINGLE NEEDLE, he dropped my shoulder pain levels from 10+ to a 1 or 2, and told me what I suffered from was 'frozen shoulder'!! It was nothing short of amazing! I have never been able to get a diagnosis on this, my pain dropped immediately, and he knew EXACTLY what the problem was. I'm way out of balance as I favor and use my right arm for everything, and seldom use my left arm and shoulder. I have never done activities like golf because that I am terrified of re-igniting this painful injury. I have since continued Dr. Zhou's very effective treatments, techniques, and advice to roll back the decades-long list of damage to my shoulder muscles and tendons - to help get my strength back, and help restore proper shoulder functioning. I feel like him and his sessions are truly healing me. Dr. Zhou shows compassion and concern, and it feels like he is 'my' doctor. Dr. Zhou is also very warm and funny. This review allows me to give him up to 5 stars, but I give him 100 stars!! His office staff and massage people are also super nice, friendly, and clearly exceptionally trained. I know he is no longer practicing but just in case he decides to restart I wanted to review…read more Back in the early 2000's he did an emergency back surgery and I was great for roughly 10 years and then I had to have additional surgeries (through no fault of his) with different providers due to him being private practice and at the time my insurance was tied to my employer which was a large hospital corporation thus making him outside of network. Fast forward to 2023 and he did an extension of my fusion. I knew something was wrong when fentanyl was not helping the pain. I did a second and third opinion and based on multiple imaging reports found out that Dr Dagam placed the screws too deep thus they were pushing into my spinal column and had cut rods from my previous surgery. In March of this year I underwent an extensive surgery removing the old, misplaced hardware and had it all replaced and extended due to the damage. I can no longer work, enjoy the activities I used to do daily and will always regret seeking him out.
