20 years ago I had a breast augmentation. Well- two weeks ago, one ruptured. Eek! What to do?!! My…read moreoriginal doctor has since retired.. so, I went to the site that listed doctors that worked w the brand of implants I have, and Dr Dembny was one listed. Now, I'm not just going to pick the first one on the list. I'm gonna stalk the sh!t out him! Which I did! Bio, awards, glowing reviews, experience.. Sold! Got in for an appointment right after the holidays and I couldn't be more impressed. From the easy to get to location, the friendly staff, and Dr Dembny himself. All appeared to be just what I was looking for. Since this was an unexpected 'event', they were able to help me w finance options as well. (Phew!) Fast forward to surgery day. Was met with the most awesome nurse Jay.. who answered all my ridiculous questions.. took the time to listen and just be his awesome self. I believe there was an Amy on staff- equally nice (but I didn't have a chance to interact w her as much- but she seemed super cool too) The anesthesiologist came in- what a contagious smile!! Love him!! (Even tho I told him to make sure I wake up!! And apologized for the fact I wasn't allowed to wear deodorant ) He was professional and kind. Knocked me out and kept me out for my 3? hour surgery. It was a wonderful, much needed rest. I forget his name, but he was the bomb!! (A competent anesthesiologist is always a good thing..) I believe there was a Jenni on staff too- but I only met her right before getting put under, so my memory is a bit foggy. She was also equally personable. The whole staff was incredible. I highly recommend going here. Dr Dembny is truly amazing. While my surgery is less than 24 hours old- I can already tell he did an outstanding job. He was absolutely professional with all the measurements he took. Never once making me feel uncomfortable. Between first consultation and surgery, I had numerous questions that he and Cathy answered so graciously without making me feel like I was bothering them. Communication was quick and at the ready. Jay called this morning to answer a few more questions and make sure I was feeling ok-LOVE HIM!! (Yeah- I get its his job- but he was just SO nice! Incredible bed side manner! They are lucky to have him on their staff) I will have my follow up appointment in a week and a half or so, and can honestly say, I'm so incredibly thankful for Dr Dembny and his staff for being the relatable professionals they are. They have made this entire process easy. They offer so many other services, that should I be inclined to pursue something else- PSA is hands down the only place I would go. Highly highly recommend!!! Update: Went in for my two week follow up.. Still extremely impressed with the facility and Dr Dembny's bedside manner. They are all truly caring people, and Dr Dembny makes everything easy to understand, answers any questions I may have, and totally puts you at ease. I need to win the lottery, as they offer so many different services that I'd love to try!! Thank you Dr Dembny and your staff for just being you and offering 5 star service!

Dr. Dembny is an artist practicing in medicine. He studies the issues you voice to him, lays out…read morethe options, and is extremely cautious to only do work that enhances your natural beauty. The moment he greets you, it is immediately clear that he approaches his patients and work with a very high degree of medical professionalism. There is a lot of trust you put in the hands of anyone tweaking your physical appearance. He gained my trust quickly. I trust him and his craft so much so that I drive miles out of my way to see him versus the options in my Third Ward neighborhood. Very highly recommend; he is leagues above others I have seen in the past who moonlight as an injector.

This company has prevented me from getting the medical care that I need. I have been on their…read moresupposed "waiting list" since spring of 2021. I have had numerous conversations in the past with Victoria who has completely blocked me from being able to get the care that I need. I didn't find out until after my wisdom teeth were pulled that the migraines I have had my entire life are due to the malformation of the bone structure in my mouth. I had to jump through hoops with my insurance company in order to get out of network approval because 1 it's technically considered the result of TMJ even though it's not actually the joint but the bone structure itself, and 2 because there isn't anyone else in a 100 mile radius that we could find that does this type of procedure. I was told that in order to be seen and be put on the waiting list I would need to have x-rays sent over, which I paid for out of pocket and had sent over in approximately March of 2021. I had emailed and called numerous times over the first couple of years, all being told I was on the list. I was told by Victoria numerous times that they don't take my insurance, which I told her on each occasion it had already been preapproved because there wasn't any other option I could pursue. The only option I have to end my constant migraines was to have orthognathic surgery. On one of the last occasions because Victoria got snarky with me about billing she transferred me to a nice lady in the billing department, with whom confirmed that she has done out of network billing plenty of times. During our conversation I had made the comment that I had been waiting for well over a year to be seen. The billing agent was shocked because she had never heard of anyone waiting that long before. She transferred me back to scheduling to which Victoria told me that she was mistaken and that I was on "the list". This should truly be a form of medical malpractice to deny patients medical care that they need. I have lived with life long constant migraines that should have been resolved by now. Unfortunately they are not because Victoria has deemed that I'm apparently not worthy of medical care, and she knows that other patients are in more pain than I am as she stated after I said that I needed the surgery because I have at least some level of constant pain. People like me fall through the cracks because I'm just stuck with not being able to get medical care even though I need it, and trying to go through the Department of Human Services and filing a complaint doesn't do anything because I haven't even been seen as I'm still on "the list".

Though the staff was not the friendliest (seemed "too busy" to answer questions), the dentist was…read moreknowledgeable and took the time to answer questions. The billing department couldn't get it right to have our insurance pay for the procedure. We finally got it right but it shouldn't have taken three calls to their billing department and one to our insurance. Finally, they gave too much anesthesia to patient for procedure. No questions were asked about the patient's history with medication and, as a result, too much was given. Patient was groggy for far longer than normal for the procedure. Beware when dentists do their own anesthesia!
