    Complaints: I had to wait over an hour to be worked on. Probably cause she booked too many people…read moreat once. There were people being worked on at the same time. Looked liked she was running around like a chicken with its head cut off! She is very unorganized and messes up and confuses her scheduled appointments. It was painful. The stuff she used barely helped. Did a crappy, crooked job on my brows! As seen in the pic, where my actual eyebrow grows is by my old eyebrow piercing. She did the tattoo way above that! Now, I always have to pluck half my eyebrow off or it looks like I have 2 eyebrow endings! And she didn't even do the style I wanted! Plus, it faded within months! So pissed and I have to live with this until I save $ for it to be removed. After I left, gave me year old expired aftercare ointment. Lmao. Now to mention, she is a B with an attitude. BEWARE, do not go here! I wish I could SUE. She FKD up my face! Look at my pics!

I went in an got permanent eyeliner done, which I was initially content with, until it healed and there was a small gap and a few spaces where the line goes a bit wobbly. On the paper that I received regarding her services it states that I am able to come in within 8 weeks from the initial date to have the ink touched up or fixed for free. I have been calling once a week for five weeks now in an effort to get a touch up but no one has returned my messages or calls. It appears I will have to invest in someone else's services to fix the eyeliner because it has been noticed by coworkers and family members and is a bit embarrassing. I am sad that this is the way things have turned out.

    I scheduled an appointment with all the necessary information provided in advance, including my…read moredental records. When I arrived, Dr. Kelly refused to perform the simple request I came in for and instead tried to upsell me on four different unnecessary treatments--including Invisalign and veneers. Her reasoning made no sense and it was painfully clear that her priority was making money, not patient care. To make matters worse, the assistant and front office staff were unresponsive and disorganized--it took days just to get a basic appointment scheduled. The experience felt unprofessional and dismissive from start to finish. Afterward, I consulted two other dentists who had no issue assisting me and treated me with professionalism and genuine care--something that was completely lacking at Dr. Kelly's office. Oh, and the waiting room? The furniture is far too low to the ground--completely inconsiderate for many patients. It's just another sign that money is being pocketed rather than reinvested in patient experience. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

When I confronted DFD about this - they told me that Aetna was apart of our insurance. When I called my Insurance company , they said " wehave no affiliation with Aetna". In the meantime , my husband had been seen for extensive dental work and only a portion was being covered ( because we were already out of network without our knowledge). The front desk girl, McKenna continued to bill our insurance per usual and told us she was doing that. If we had payments due at the time , we paid them, Not even realizing it was because they already dropped our insurance at DFD. I think they could've handled this better and TOLD us when we were there multiple times over a 6 month period that we were no longer in network. Once we did find out , we switched dentists immediately! Guess what ? No out of pocket costs either !

Kathy, our RN, was phenomenal--warm, expert, and patient, walking us through every step while making us feel at ease. The helpful assistant from another Quintessa location (originally from Brazil) was a delight too--her friendly energy and professionalism added such a welcoming touch (sorry I can't recall her name for a proper shoutout!). The pristine facility, smooth process, and natural results had us leaving happy with zero downtime. Quintessa Delafield turned a family treatment day into something fun and stress-free. I first visited a month ago and received some botox and filler which I absolutely love - my favorite part is that none of the treatment I've received is noticeable. It is very nature which is exactly what I wanted. I visited again earlier this week and had my first BBL treatment - WOW! I have always thought I've taken good care of my skin, wearing sunscreen and not going out in the sun too much - but boy oh boy am I surprised! So much sun damage making its way up and off my face - I cannot wait to see the finished product next week. I have a feeling I will be a brand new woman!!     I was scheduled for an eye surgery by this surgeon. I.V…read more was Inserted and a series of eye drops were put into my affected eye. At some point, past surgery start time, the doctor informed me that they've yet to receive approval from the insurance company. After some waiting time, it was apparent I wasn't going to get it done as planned. A day later, I've called my insurance company, and was informed the surgeon's office submitted the request on Saturday, hoping to get approved by Monday morning, which was a national holiday. They had almost a week time, to submit but neglected to do so until the weekend, just before the procedure. Such an incompetence, having a client rearrange their life around, only to find out they didn't do their job early enough, to properly accommodate the scheduled client. I believe, when there's some negligence, it most likely present in all other aspects of the practice. It would be appropriate, letting the patient know during the registration process that you're still waiting on approval, or even better, the night before the scheduled procedure.

She was unavailable, and referred me to Dr. Donna Daufenbach. Dr. Daufenbach was wonderful. She got me in immediately, there was no wait time in the medical center office, and she examined my eyes very thoroughly. What I appreciated the most was she explained everything, each step of the way, what she was checking my eyes for, what she was finding, etc. I left feeling this had been extremely competent and compassionate care, and greatly appreciated everything. A lot of the irritation I had been experiencing she felt was due to seasonal allergies. She was also kind enough to go beyond the eye exam and provide website addresses for checking pollen count, etc. She had very helpful recommendations and filled a prescription so I could get topical relief. This was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Dr. Daufenbach.
