Full disclosure, we didn't love any of the wines, but they may just be our palate. We also ordered the sweet potato chip, clearly bagged chips. We opted for the guided wine tasting for $12 per person-you could choose 5 wines (1 oz pours) and they gave you a 6th complimentary taste. It is located on top of a mountain and the scenery is absolutely beautiful. I came during the winter and it still looks stunning. I can only imagine how it would be in the summertime. I've been to Napa valley and I would say this rivals the beauty of some of the wineries in Napa. Save your flight money and just come to Pennsylvania to this winery. My wife and I had a tasting and some wines. I liked better than others but that's usually how it is at every winery. I really enjoyed two out of the five wines that I tasted so I bought a bottle of the wine that I loved and I ordered a glass of the wine that I liked. The woman who poured my wine was very knowledgeable and seemed to be really into the wine. She also mentioned that she was a cousin to the owner so it really gave me family vibes in this establishment. They also had a separate cheese company putting together cheese plates. So we definitely ordered that as well. This winery has a couple of goods for sale, potatoes, t-shirts, and tchotchkes. I definitely bought a bag of potatoes that is grown on the farm and they were delicious. Inside the winery there was a very cool vibe with a lot of people having tastings. Everybody was in good spirits. Did I mention that the views are spectacular while you're drinking. We couldn't drink outside because it was so cold but I would definitely love to come during the nicer months weather wise. I have zero complaints with this winery and I cannot wait to come back.

I sat outside on the patio with live music playing, a glass of brut, and a charcuterie board in front of me. Honestly, I'm not sure what more I could have asked for. There's a beautiful garden right next to the patio, and beyond that, acres and acres of vineyards rolling into the distance. It's peaceful, it's gorgeous, and the views pretty much speak for themselves. This is the kind of place where you come for a glass of wine and accidentally spend the entire afternoon. 5/5. Will absolutely be back.

Come to find out, the steam train did not have air conditioning . It was 95 degrees on this day. We were told that once off the train, a bus would take us up the hill to the winery. This turned out to be a regular school bus - again, with no air conditioning. Once we arrived, the grounds were beautiful however, standing in the sweltering heat while listening to the history of this vineyard went in vain. It was way too hot to stand outside to listen to a story after almost passing out. The "tour" was us sitting in a cool room listening to one of the owners talk about the process of wine making. We tasted four five different types of wine - all were mediocre at best. They were paired with small bites, also mediocre. Once the lecture was done, they tried to sell us everything under the table. We will not be coming here again. Out of all the vineyards in NJ, we picked the worst one. The kicker? They were selling cold beverages on the train - instead of providing it to passengers for free, at least a bottle of water.
