Well, I just love this place and if you're looking for somewhere to get a drink and soak in the gorgeous Delaware water gap area look no further! First of all the beer here was really darn good, a cut above most places! But on top of that, if you'd rather have wine, well help yourself! They also do wine flights here! Both a beer and wine were terrific and above average! But the location and the views give it an extra star and bring it to five stars! The experience is not to be missed and exactly what I was looking for after a hard day of hiking and sightseeing in the Delaware water camp. On top of that, they got some really nice food. If you're hungry, their pizza is great! Great bar pies to hit the spot! You could sit inside or outside. If you want to sit inside, I highly recommend making a reservation even for the middle of the afternoon! That's right even for the middle of the afternoon! However, even though the inside was full, we sat out back on the patio and had a blast! However, if you want to eat a meal here, you'll need to get a reservation inside. They serve a limited menu outside however pizza was exactly what I was looking for to go with my beer! Super highly recommended to visit when in the area.

After getting the menu from inside, we went back in to order drinks and some food to snack on. Everyone enjoyed their drinks (flight of beers, flight of wines, some cocktails and non-alcoholic Dry Secco). Charcuterie was very nice while the sliders and flatbread weren't the best. We were able to hangout without anyone bothering us. There's now a small playground set up which was great for the toddler.

The very friendly Taylor was more than helpful and made various suggestions as to what to try. She made the Smoked Old Fashioned with ease (see my videos!) and my friends said they were excellent. You also get to keep the glasses they come in which have engraving on them. I went with the try six and they had seven to try so I gave up the gin. Tried a vodka, rum, two whiskey, and two honey liquors. Half ounce pours each. Realized I'm just not a whiskey guy but one was super smooth. I did like the honey ones, though. After my set of six, I ended up getting a vodka mixed drink and also got a four-pack of of a vodka canned cocktail which is new for them this year, and they decided to go non-carbonated. I would have preferred it to be carbonated but you can just add seltzer. The place seats a couple dozen and they are included on a lot of bus/trolley tours (a lot of bridesmaids parties) so at times it can get loud and busy. If you are under the influence you will not be served. They have t-shirts, hoodies, glassware, and even sell some pieces of the barrels so you can make your own smoked drinks. I ended up spending about $50 for my tasting flight, cocktail, and a t-shirt. I wished they were allowed to sell some small bite foods. It would make this place even better. I forgot to use my Yelp check-in for a discount!

The interior was spacious with a back door that led to their outside seating. There is no food on the menu. The drink menu was extensive from tastings to slushies to cocktails. I enjoyed my peach whiskey sour though it was on the sweeter side. The 5/5 is mostly for the service. Kudos to the lovely woman who really ensured that we were comfortable in the back!

In the Summer of 2025, we made a road trip from Warwick PA, (approx. 50 miles each way), to support PA made products and had a pleasant, experience. Yesterday, we made a road trip and purchased over $350 of product on my daughters' credit card but were treated with indifference. We carried bottles to the bar counter and felt we were in the way. We tried to purchase t-shirts which were virtually out-of-stock. Overall, we felt that the sale did not matter. We like the products, but will be on a quest to find a PA distillery which will also appreciate our business. Customer service training is Paramount! Thank you, Charles Fell.

The place was so nice even in winter and you could really see how great it is in nicer weather. It's really cute inside and you can see the distillery through windows, they have a nice merch section, and a big wedding tent set up, with its own bar and a window for the food truck. It was plenty warm and comfy even on a cold day. We tried some cocktails and they were delicious and fun! We tried an appetizer and it was great. Dog and kid friendly and a very mellow vibe.

It's warm and inviting. It's also aptly named because anyone who grew up in Salem knows that Gallows Hill was the place to go drink. Behind the bar is a replica of Salem's Witch House and there is a replica of the sign by the door, which really provides that Salem feel. The decor provides an overview of the Salem Witch Trials, including naming those who were murdered, which is important. We ordered two drinks, both of which were excellent. Next time we return, we'd like to taste some of the spirits individually. We met with Robert, the proprietor, for a tour, and he provided a high-level yet comprehensive overview of the trials. He started this distillery because he is descended from one of the executed and during the tour, he shares his familial connection and how he discovered it. Robert is very friendly and welcoming. It's wicked cool to find some of Salem outside of New England, especially in my partner's home area, and especially a place that takes our history seriously and shares the truthful version. The delicious drinks are a fun bonus. You absolutely must visit this distillery when in/near the Lehigh Valley.

When you enter you walk into their store which offers both clothing and spirits. We came on country music line dancing night, which we didn't join. They have a large bar with local beers. Let's get down to the moonshine cocktails, they are delicious. I had the skook drink and my wife had the apple pie cocktail. They were both tasty although mine was basically a "don't order two because you are over the limit". As for the food, a person from the kitchen brought out a new salsa they were taste testing and it was good. It's probably out now. We ordered burgers and it was a wait to get them, around 25 minutes. The burgers and tots were obviously cooked in one of those convection ovens. The food had some fresh ingredients ie. the mozzarella, but it could be better. I saw that they cut down their menu from their website which was a wise idea. They just need to crush the items they have. We ordered the nachos as and appetizer and the chips are made in house. The bad part is that they aren't cooked long enough. As for the shine, it's amazing and they have many cocktails to suit everyone's palate. If your not a liquor drinker they have a small selection of local beers and your basic sodas.
