My freshman religion teacher also made a student burst into tears because she told him his dog wasn't going to heaven (his dog had just died). Also in that same freshman year she asked a group of girls to line up in front of the class and have a boy walk up and stick a piece of tape on one of the girls' hands. He then proceeded to take that piece of tape and put it on the next girls' hands and then the next girls' until the tape lost its stickiness. And that was how she tried to teach us girls that for every sexual partner you have your value decreases until it's nothing.

During this time, the teachers, staff and also chapel services have supported and helped my child through a dark time. Her teachers are on task with her workload. Honestly I can't see my child making it at public high school. Yes there are a small handful of students who don't obey the rules, or do drugs, but that is at every school, Christian or not. This school has christian principles that are taught. Its every students decision if they choose to be a christian. I am saving to send my second child there. The teachers are amazing. They pray over their students classrooms. I am so thankful for this school. My child would not have this support and spiritual aspect from a public high school. The pricing is a money saver. I know a few private schools charge 16 grand for tuition. Thank you to Tim Miller, the principle, the entire faculty and staff of Stockton Christian Academy for the impact you have on my child and our family. Two more of my children are Stockton Christian Academy bound!

To protect my kids' privacy, I won't say why I pulled my kids. However, in the time that my kids were enrolled, there was a drug bust, lack of Christian character from so many of the kids, bullying, and shockingly, such ungodly behavior. Most of this behavior is from ministers kids. I hate to have to expose this, but not many speak up and instead just turn their heads. The principal does nothing and turns his head to situations that any parent would be ballistic about. Don't waste your money. All schooling is done online. Save your money and protect your kids from the influence.

Out on Davis Road in North Stockton when I went to school there it was during a time there was hardly a home around the school...just the golf course across the street. Now new homes completely surround the school on both sides. I had teachers like Mrs. Wolmack (twice) and Mrs. Littleton. It was an amazing place to spend 6 years of my life. I got in trouble from time to time...I did know what the inside of the front office looked like. For the most part I was a good kid and I got a great education. Thanks Lodi Unified School District! Elkhorn still looks pretty much the same today as it did back then...it just looks a whole lot smaller now...I guess maybe I am just a whole lot bigger than I was back then. :0)
