My son completed all three driving sessions with instructor Ken - He was amazing. Each time my son returned from his driving session, someone will ask how his driving session went, and it was always a positive feedback. Nothing negative to say. Ken also took him on the freeway, which was also a positive in my book. I also booked Ken for his DMV driving test. Yes it cost money, but it was worth it. He passed on his first try for his driving test with only 2 errors (errors were - "don't make too short / wide of a turn" and "don't under steer"). All communications with the driving school was done thru emails only, which I didn't mind. I prefer to keep track of all conversations via email in case I need to reference back to something. Each driving session that my son completed, I received an email showing what they worked on and how he did. Would I recommend the school? Yes, and definitely book with Ken. Side note - As a parent, I watched where my son drove each time by keeping track of him on my iPhone using the "Find my Friend" app. P.S. - I originally book my son's first 2 hours with another school, didn't get a good feedback. My son didn't feel confident driving with the instructor either. Glad I switch him to another driving school. read more

My daughter did all three of her lessons with Michael. My daughter was so comfortable with him and he was very encouraging, professional, educational and positive with her. She was very nervous and unsure of her driving skills but he put all her worries to rest. I'm very pleased with everything he was able to teach her. After every lesson he would go over what they practiced and what she needs to work on with me so I knew what was going on. He would also follow up with an email stating everything they practiced on a check list. Which was nice so she would know what else she needed to work on. I would recommend All Good Driving School. Re: Instructor Allen Perry. DO NOT LET YOUR TEENAGE DAUGHTERS DRIVE WITH HIM. My child had her first lesson with Ken. He was professional, encouraging and a very good teacher. My daughter came back from her first lesson so happy. Her second lesson with Allen Perry was quite the opposite. He was very unprofessional in his stories and statements made throughout their two hour lesson. He was also not a good instructor, did not give good feedback, didn't have a tablet or go through a checklist during the lesson. I contacted the school immediately. I was told to choose a different instructor for her final lesson and denied a refund or credit. When I went to book her final lesson I found that I've been blocked from their system. And requests for her hours have been ignored. They are punishing us for complaining about the quality of our service with them. read more

My son had his first two lessons with Jacqueline, and she was great. She was very calm & extremely nice. She made my son feel comfortable and he enjoyed his lessons. He had his final lesson today with Allen. We were a little apprehensive because of the reviews, but Allen was great. My son enjoyed his lesson with him. The first lesson went great. Unfortunately, the second one did not. Instructor Ken raised his voice, critiqued and make my son feel unsafe and frazzled in the vehicle to the point that he called a halt to the lesson. I can understand not having a personality match. But the downside is when I called to discuss my concerns and the owner truly didn't seem to care that he'd had a bad experience and quickly defended the instructor without even trying to hear our concerns. When asked how to remedy the situation (i.e. set an appt with another instructor) she was rude and unaccommodating. I guess the customer doesn't come first with this business. read more

I used this driving school and while the appointment process was smooth, the driving instructors are extremely unprofessional. I was told before I started driving the car he would speak calmly to me but that didn't happen. He screamed in my ear the entire time for all 3 lessons and made me cry the last lesson. He made me extremely uncomfortable and anxious. CAN NOT STAND THIS DRIVING SCHOOL. I went through with the three lessons cause I thought why stop now but I wish I would have chosen a different school. They really need to check their instructors cause you shouldn't be screaming at a young girl while it's her first time driving and her first lesson. read more

Our son need behind the wheel lesson, we called this school, they charge to our credit for 2 times for 4 hours of training, and before the 3rd time they will take the kid to DMV for driving test. This time they want to make 4th time, they told us: we have to pay for the 3rd time plus fee to take our kid to DMV plug money to pay for DMV... and they can cancel appointment with DMV if they want to, and all the money we pay none refundable.....sound cheating, we pay them money, they should take our kid to DMV to take the test, now we paid them for 2 times already, we lost...now looking for another school for my kid....They don't take check, cash, just credit card only??? be careful with this school, we think something go wrong.... read more

It was simple to go online to schedule and pay for my son's behind the wheel drivers training.I needed to reschedule a class and they made it simple and quick. My son's trainer Adriana was absolutely amazing! She was patient, informative, professional and extremely personable! She made me comfortable with her taking my son for his lesson. A really good driving school I can say, my first time I was a little nervous but right away the instructor helped me with my errors and talked to me to make me feel better. Second drive, I went on the freeway, mind you I'm a 16 year old trying to get her license! I had the same instructor but honestly it felt like a normal friend having right by you. I went on the freeway and was really scared but my instructor helped me by telling me the things I needed most on the freeway. Third time I had a different instructor and well I was nervous again. I honestly felt way better because I knew all the mistakes I needed to do better on. The instructor I had told me I was doing everything correctly. Just the end where I got comfortable started to do bad.. either way I really recommend this school if you really need help. read more
