They assigned me David as my instructor and I think he did an absolutely amazing job for teaching me. I was always scared to drive that's why it took me so long for me to finally get my permit at 18. Before leaving the DMV my Mom already scheduled my first lesson. Took me roughly a month to feel like I'm ready for my test. David's way of teaching is really good. Makes a nervous student like me feel confident about themselves. From the moment you start the car to when you turn on your street you could feel it in yourself that your driving will only get better and better. To those who are thinking about enrolling I say do it! It's worth your time :)) The customer service on the phone is really good too. The ladies are very sweet. The current price for the two hour lessons aren't that bad because you'll learn a lot. Try a lesson out and come back for more if you're satisfied. Nina was a good instructor and very nice, but there were a few issues with scheduling. She would sometimes arrive late to pick my daughter up and occasionally drop her off before the lesson was supposed to end -- at one point, about 30 minutes early. My daughter also had a little difficulty understanding her because of her accent, though she was always kind and patient. On the positive side, this was one of the cheapest driving schools we could find, and in the end, my daughter did get her license.

I selected Program 2 with an additional 1-hour lesson ($575 for 5 hours of instruction.) The instructor was kind and patient, however, always showed up late behind at least 20-45 minutes to every appointment and contact me at the last minute, so I never know until then. Moreover, my 4th lesson was cancelled at the last minute, even though she decided the appointment day and time. She ended up wasting my Sunday since she scheduled it in the middle of the day on Sunday. To make matters worse, the instructor provided feedback about my final lesson only after my behind-the-wheel driving test was already over‼ I informed her about my test day, but I didn't receive her feedback until after the test was over‼ This made it impossible to review effectively and rendered the feedback meaningless. As a result, I failed the test. Therefore I had to take extra lessons with another school. ※Update based on the comments below: I personally do not think this is fair‼ Was I treated differently than other students⁉ I didn't feel completely prepared because all lessons except the final one(DMV mock test) always finished earlier within 1 hour. Especially when a student specifically requests to work on their weaknesses. I took an additional lesson and asked to practice areas where I struggled, such as parking, lane changes, and merging into heavy traffic. However, you barely focused on any of these, despite my direct requests‼ Instead, you spent most of the time having me drive in a straight line, leaving me still uneasy about lane changes. I'm pretty disappointed that I did not receive the instructions as she mentioned below, or even the promised one-hour duration except for the final lesson‼

Before I paid, he told me everything was ready and that I would be able to take the test. After I gave him the money, he kept pushing the test date further and further back. Every time I asked about scheduling, there was another excuse. Eventually he told me that his truck had not been able to get registered with the DMV for the past two weeks. That means when he took my payment, the truck was not even registered and could not legally be used for the test in the first place. If the truck wasn't registered, he should have never taken my money.

I loved my school year last year now this year…read moreeverything has changed the hours have been cut and the days have been cut..When I signed up last year they were very understanding that I have special needs children and were willing to work with me on my schedule... now they don't seem to care about it this year... I'm trying to keep my head down and get it done but every time I have to ask the Diploma teacher for anything...it's always some new thing ...like she's picking at me ... I went and made a complaint so hopefully things get better -- last year we had a different teacher and she was nothing like this I actually enjoyed school ... now I'm stressed on the daily basis " God please get me through this"
