The school has helped our son grow not only academically, but also as a person, bringing a sense of light and joy into his life that carries over into our home every day. St. Peter provides an excellent balance between strong academic standards and the development of character and values. The foundation of faith is thoughtfully integrated, helping students build a moral compass rooted in kindness, respect, and compassion. Even for families who may not be particularly religious, the emphasis on values and personal growth is incredibly meaningful. The school nurtures children to become happy, loving, and thoughtful individuals who understand what truly matters. We feel incredibly fortunate to be part of the St. Peter community. It has truly been a blessing for our family, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Long story short, DO NOT bring your kids to the tour if you want to be offered enrollment. I'm…read morewriting this to inform and share my experience I had with St. Peter's administrative staff. I am not a parent at St. Peter's just tried to enroll my kids because our school shut down. I scheduled a tour for a Friday with Terrie Hinders and I brought my two kids with me so they could see the school also. They were very excited to meet new staff and see potential classrooms. As we were touring their future classrooms the girls were checking out all the fun stuff that the classes had to offer including touching items in the classrooms that would be available to them next year. We then scheduled to come back and take the assessment test on Monday. Terrie also informed me that the assessment test is not a make it or break it. There's two different classes for elementary school and they split the classes by gender and intelligence. Staff will also move your child halfway through the school year if they feel they aren't excelling in the class they started in. We came back Monday went through with the assessment test and she said we would know the results tomorrow. Tomorrow came and no call or email. Throughout the week I called and emailed with no answer about the test. It took over a week to get voicemail back informing us that we were not going to be offered enrollment . So of course I want to know why so I called and actually got to talk to her finally after a week. The reason my kids didn't get accepted is because when I went on the tour with them on Friday they touched stuff in the classrooms that wasn't theirs. Items available to students if they were in said classroom. So technically playing with toys in future classrooms they were viewing/touring. They're 5 and 7. She also mentioned touching something on the teachers desk that wasn't theirs while the teacher was in her classroom talking to girls at her desk. So if that wasn't enough, if they decided that Friday why would you waste our time and string us along including coming back on Monday to take an assessment test and waiting over a week for results when you already made a decision. Then telling me if I didn't bring them to the tour this would probably be a different outcome. So just a warning to all future parents of St. Peter's if you're going in to tour the school don't bring your kids. The minute that you walk through the doors they're judging you so tread lightly.

The sisters (all three) and staff are pretty awesome and really go out of their way to show you that they care. Our daughter is really advanced for her age and they made sure that they constantly challenged her to keep her engaged. In the 1st grade she was reading at a 5th grade level and LoMo played a big part in that. Although we had a rough patch with our son they worked with us to find a solution. We collaborated on what works and what doesn't work to correct his behavior which is rare from facilities like this. Most of them time at other facilities it plays out like this: your kid is a problem, they did X, you need to punish them to correct it, if it continues we will kick you out. Finding a solution wasn't quick or easy but together we corrected the issue while giving each other constructive feedback along the way. That is honestly why they get 5 stars. I am no pushover and can be hard to work with because I hold people accountable while being blunt. We did use another daycare in Lodi before my son was eligible to attend LoMo and the difference was obvious. LoMo is a school, other places in Lodi for this age group are daycare. They also go out of their way to put on special events for holidays like Halloween and Thanksgiving whole holding lunches and breakfasts with parents. Overall they treat you like family and really care for your kids as if they were their own. What more could you ask for? Thank you for all that you've done! We will miss you!

As parents, we were looking for a school that doesn't just teach academics but actively walks alongside families to equip students in their faith and social lives. Because it is a smaller, Christ-centered community, every student is deeply known, mentored, and cared for by a staff that is firmly grounded in their faith. What makes the Elliot experience special: * Spiritual Growth: Weekly chapels and intentional small groups provide a space for students to be equipped and grow in their walk with Christ. * Intentional Mentorship: The teachers and coaches are incredible mentors. Our daughter was on the cheerleading squad, and the coaches did so much more than teach technique--they encouraged and challenged her spiritually throughout the season. * Academic Excellence: The school is WASC accredited, offering College Prep, Honors, and AP courses to ensure students are ready for the future. * The "Full" High School Experience: Don't let the small size fool you! Students have incredible opportunities to get involved through: * Athletics: Cross country, flag football, volleyball, cheer, basketball, softball, baseball, and golf. * Student Life: Formal dances, pep rallies, and various clubs. If you are looking for a place where your child will be challenged academically, supported spiritually, and given the chance to participate in all the "fun things" high school has to offer, I highly encourage you to visit Jim Elliot. It is a wonderful community where your student can truly belong.
