Delicious pizza! They offer gluten free that tastes good! They also offer by the slice regular pizza which are large and remind us of New York pizza. This place isn't fancy by any means, very casual. You order at the front and they call your number when it's ready! I did like that the tables weren't so close together and I had room to bring my stroller in. Staff was friendly. read more

Absolutely delicious! We had the meat pizza at Frankie's and it was fantastic--loaded with toppings, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The crust was just right, and everything tasted fresh. Definitely one of those pizzas you're still thinking about after you leave! Great food, great atmosphere, and absolutely worth a stop. We'll be back! read more

Pizza was excellent as usual! Excellent choices and always taste great! Not impressed with the Philly cheesesteak. This has always been one of our favorites, but this time it tasted different. Not sure if they are using a different supplier, but definitely not like the ones we received in the past. It wasn't as hot as usual. Not as full as usual either. Asked for mayo, there's one small line on the meat. Please change the recipe back!! read more

Frankie's Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Granite Falls, North Carolina

We DoorDash from Frankie's often, and one of the things we love is that the food is still excellent even after being hauled around in a car. We LOVE their pizzas, and tonight we had the Chicken Parmigiana Sandwich and the Stromboli. Both were exceptional. We didn't eat in tonight, but when we have, service is great. Love this little restaurant. You order at the counter and then pick your order up. read more

Great food and good atmosphere. Feel like NYC. Huge calzone and Strombolis. Serves 2-3 people. Highly recommended.

Ordered the meats large $32, we asked for meats all one side since we have a picky eater in the group. At first it was rung up at close to 14 additional, she states double the meats on one side, so clarified all the meats put on half. We also asked if they could substitute the sausage for anything else, she just said ok. Seemed ok, wait is 25 minutes, then it comes up. Opened it up, barely 2 pieces of meat on one slice, other half seemed to normal, its bad when you see that much bread though it. Inquired about the meats, and the lady states its just how it rings up. Requested a refund, she just laughs and keeps making jokes. One worker slaps a 20 on the bar and says take that and go, this was degrading in front of other customers. I did finally record, just said I want a record I requested a refund as this is not what or how I ordered it, and she finally did with a crowd behind us. I went back and got their pizza, bought it back in and they are making slandering and making libel comments outloud in front of customers about me, stating I was just going to steal the pizza. Its the attitude, then when they tried to charge for the half extra it was almost 14 more, yet they where going to charge full price and keep 14 worth of toppings at their own pricing, thinking thats not a little shady, then instead of service when a problem arises, they go to degrading remarks and just laughing like our time has no value. read more

Frankie's Pizza - Server with the attitude, misinformed about order, then makes it into a scene. - Pizza Near Me - Granite Falls, North Carolina

Food is excellent. Only downfall, if you use a credit card you will be charged a fee. If we had paid cash it would have been $18.45. Since we only had a card it was bumped up to $19.19. Guess that's the new norm at places now. This is just in case you don't carry cash. read more

Don't order the gyro. The pita bread was soggy from way too much sauce. The onions were cooked rather than raw like they should be. And the meat was undercooked when it should be crispy. I also ordered a slice of sausage pizza for which I paid a dollar extra and when I got home, there was no sausage. And they ask for a tip when they give poor service of just taking your order. This place used to be good, but their current workers leave something to be desired.. read more

First time here and was very impressed. I ordered the 24 inch half pepperoni and half the meats. It was awesome. Crust was perfect and the pizza had excellent flavor. 4 of us and only ate half of it. 1 slice was plenty to fully up. Huge. I came from 30 minutes away and will definitely be back. Highly recommend read more

Frankie's pizza just opened a location in Lenoir, and the food is just fantastic!! We ordered two NY style cheese pizzas ($11 each) and we could not have been more pleased. The food was ready right on time ( we picked it up), and the kids loved it as much as the adults! Frankie's of Lenoir- get a YELP page!! I will read more

Delicious . We love it! Always great! All meat pizza really good. Crust good too. Riverbend location and Lenoir both great

First trip to Frankie's--We did take out pizza and were absolutely surprised how much we liked the pizza. The crust was flavorful and the toppings were not overpowering but flavorful. This is probably my new favorite in the Granite Falls area. We will be repeat customers. read more

Best New York style pizza in the area. Fast and courteous service. Our favorite! Glad it is located in Granite Falls!

Everything is freshly made. You can get a slice or whole pizza. This place has a great takeout business.

Food has amazing taste all around. Service is fast and graceful. Place feels like like eating in grandmas kitchen!

Needed a quick lunch while on the road and based on reviews decided to stop for a pizza slice. The service was great, from placing the order at the counter to picking up the hot, fresh food. We had a slice of cheese pizza and a meatball sub. Come hungry. The portions are large and tasty! The dining area is adequate with basic seating but it is well spaced so you're not stacked up. We'll try it again. read more

Food is good. Services is good. Some things can be a little pricey, but with inflation it's understandable.

This reminds me of old school New York pizza joint. I really enjoy those huge slices they give out. They come out pipin hot with crispy crust. It also had a decent prize to go with it read more

A few friends and I went to there new location in lenoir. We opened a tab. But when we were done one of us paid in cash. And asked to close the tab. Well they never closed the tab and later charged the drinks and meal to his card. They said they would look into it but did nothing nor did they call him back with there findings. There are 8 of us that frequently go out to town for lunch or dinner and this will not be one of our spots. read more

The taste of the pizza wasn't all bad...it just didn't have very much of the 2 main ingredients that we were eager to have on a pizza, and we even asked for the extra cheese! But, we didn't get it at all. Other than that, it was a pretty good pizza. read more

It got better over time. So that is a good thing. It would still be nice if they delivered.

The food was amazing and the service was amazing. BUT THEM BATHROOMS the bathrooms are disgusting so use the bathrooms before you go.

Closest thing to New York/Neapolitan pizza in all of Hickory. In my opinion, even beats out, Tony's

My husband and I went for lunch. We have been here once before and it was okay we just didn't realize how big the slices were. This time we got a 12 inch pizza with sausage to share. Overall it was alright but now we are both sick to our stomach just after 30 minutes. We will not be going again. read more

FINALLY!!! NY Style pizza in Lenoir. I ordered two slices for takeout and I assure you they are NY size slices. I will try other things as I go along but the pizza is first and I assure you its a homerun. read more

Best NY style pizza within 50 miles...we drive from Banner Elk! We are from NY, so we "get it."

We were sr the Lenoir location enjoying good food, good drinks and entertainment. Definitely recommend this place!

Enjoyed my Mother's day dinner at Frankie's! NY style cheese pizza, garlic knots and wings were all awesome! With enough for leftovers

This is amazing. Just like when I lived in NY. Their sauce is UNBELIEVABLE!! So good!!! I HIGHLY recommend

This is a really good place if you love Pizza and have the money to pay for it. The food is delicious but it can be a little on the pricey side. The employees are always friend when we go, so that's always a plus. read more

Pizza was amazing!! Reasonably priced too. I wish there was a location where i'm from because I haven't had a pizza this good in a long time. read more

Great wings! Only issue we had was that the lady who gave me my order failed to give us the stromboli we ordered, also. I assumed the 2 orders of wings were in one container, and the stromboli was in the other, not each order separate. Either way, she left it sitting there. I didn't realize it until I was home. So called them to tell them. They confirmed....There it sat. I asked for credit so I wouldn't have to go back. She said I had 30 days to use the credit. She sounded a bit miffed, but wasn't rude. This will not keep us from going back, because the food is great, cooked well, and ready as notified. My lesson: check your order before you leave...just as she should have done before handing it to me. read more

It's always nice to know when I come into town that I can rely on my local pizza place. I love Granite Falls and come here often, I don't want to have to go far and I don't want to have to deal with unhappy employees and I finally found a place to go to! I've consistently tried Frankies Pizza over the last two years and whether it's to go or in-house I always enjoy a cold beer and my gluten-free cauliflower crust pizza. The customer service is excellent, the restaurant is always clean And Jonathan never fails to deliver me my to go box, cook my pizza perfectly and I always leave there with a smile. I have never been disappointed. Don't be fooled by the pizza shop on the corner in the shopping center, Frankies is worth stopping, whether with your family or by yourself the food is always good and affordable and if you drink beer it's always cold! read more

Usually order from them every weekend. Lately, they have been messing up my orders. Yesterday was the worst. Ordered a salad with dressing and garlic bread. Told it would be 25 minutes. Got there in 30 minutes, paid the cashier then waited another 15 minutes. Got my order and drove home, another 15 minutes. Opened bags and the salad didn't have any dressing! 45 minutes to make a salad and they get it wrong? Called them and the manager basically said, "we're busy, can't do anything about it". Well, I'm too busy to give them anymore of my business. read more

My friend and I got subs here and some pub chips. The pub chips were okay. They weren't the best I have had. Some were too floppy, some too crispy. Just not right. The subs were made on store-bought bread, what looked like pre-sliced deli meat, and cheese then toasted. Then topped with lettuce tomato and onion. Next time I wouldn't get a sub, would try their pizza instead. read more

During a recent visit to see my family, my sister introduced me to Frankie's Pizza. We both had a veggie (grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, cheese, etc.) served on a toasted hoagie. It was really good. The flavors were fantastic and I would definitely go back again! The only negative - they do seem a little pricey. It was over $20 for my sis and I have to each have a sandwich with a drink! read more

Great food at a decent prices, large slices that my usually picky kids ate ALL up. Their philly cheese steak, and calzone was actually VERY good, haven't found a casual spot like this back in the DFW (Texas, where I live). The overall atmosphere is super chill and the tables are placed far enough apart where you're in your own zone. The service staff are very intuitive, super helpful, and understanding - DEFINITELY family friendly. Great spot to visit if you're in town. read more
