Just left after getting my husband probably the best haircut he's ever had! We managed to snag a walk-in slot on a Saturday and were treated so well by all the staff. Daniel did a great job listening and taking breaks to ask questions about how we liked the style and length and such. All the staff was equally friendly and helpful in explaining what was being done and how to style and such. The cut was a steal of a deal for how good they made him look! I already told him he can't go to anyone else because this is the only place that made him look this good! Appointments mean nothing here, and there's no guarantee what kind of haircut you'll get, quality-wise. I go just to get a refresh on my buzzed parts but it's not worth it for an all-over cut. Plus it's always really loud. read more

My first time here, referred by my nephew. I brought in a picture of what I wanted and got exactly what I wanted. I wear glasses so I had to take them off, so the stylist would tell me what she was doing before she did anything. So appreciated that. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. I went to get bangs over the weekend thinking a professional will do a good job. The gal cut it so blunt, short and awful, a blind person would've done a better job. I explained and showed photos of face sweeping bangs and she cut shorter pieces around my face where it's supposed to blend with my long layers. I went back and had another stylist fix it, and she blended it a little better so these weird uneven pieces don't just stick out, but there's not much that can be done when the first gal already cut it too short. I know bangs are difficult to manage but I can't even describe how terrible of a job the first gal did, I just want to cry and hide. read more

I took my daughter for a youth haircut and the cut was wonderful- a true cut, attention to a clean line, the way her hair falls and grows. Totally worth it to have a quality cut. For some reason, I went back to this place. Unfortunately, I got this person again. I wish I had realized it and not booked the appointment. Once again asking me things like, "Do you want me to use a metal or plastic guard?" and "Can you slump down in the chair?" and other questions I've never been asked in nearly 50 years of haircuts. This time, as I asked her to take more off, she got increasingly aggressive (she was already constantly banging my skull with the clippers) and eventually, sheared a #1 stripe down my head - making this terrible haircut unfixable. Finally, I just wanted out of the chair. She asked if I'd like a shampoo, and I unwisely said, "Yes." After blasting me with cold water and having someone else come over to help with the water (?), she starts bumping my head with the nozzle. I point out the obvious, visible injury on my forhead and ask her not to bang it. She ignores me and I sit up a little. She asks, "Do you not want a rinse?" I just repeat that i have a visible injury and she's hurting me. She shoves me back into the sink and says, "We'll just get you sme conditioner then," and starts wrenching my head around. I ask if she used shampoo. She ignores me. I say, "Hello?" and she says, "Oh. Did you want shampoo?" I think I said yes(?) and now she's REALLY tuggng on my head, shoving shampoo into my ear, and really giving the injury a good working over. Glad I escaped... AVOID AT ALL COSTS read more

Linda is amazing! I came to her after doing a bad at-home color job. She listened intently to my concerns and my goals. And then she went to work with all-over highlights. My color came out even better than I had hoped for! And one of my concerns was damage due to double-processing but whatever formulations she used left it soft and healthy. Thanks Linda! Bethany was amazing! She cut both mine and my daughters hair. My hair is so soft and light and I love it. My daughter has been growing her hair out for over a year from a really short cut. She's been traumatized by someone who cut off way to much. She has super thick hair and Bethany was so thoughtful. She told her everything she was doing and asked before she cut anything. She made sure that they were both on the same page. Then she spent a lot of time cutting the frayed part of her hair and then trimmed it. It looks so much healthier, and so shiny, and she loves it.
