Invest in an Uber for another spot or order DoorDash. Plus they add 15% gratuity to every check regardless of how well they handle your experience. We'd called the restaurant earlier in the day and asked if we could snag an 8p reservation (because we weren't sure how busy they got). We didn't really need it although it was obvious about 4-5 families walked in around the same time we did. Two servers. One better than the other. We didn't have that person. All the other families had eaten and paid their check before our food hit the table - minus the onion rings which were heated up frozen food and had a spongy texture. Burgers seemed likable by the kids. Steak fries were cold. My fish was light on flavor other than the heavy salt toss they gave it before bringing it to the table. I didn't get my salad until my meal arrived and then it was the wrong one. Ate half. The restaurant is dark, dated and feels dirty - which is why the dimmer light works for them. It did make me wonder how the back kitchen would appear if we walked behind the curtains, like a Gordon Ramsey episode. A few arcade games sit in the front. I was visiting this place for St. Patrick's Day 2021 - they had a special menu but they were both serving foods and drinks. Sadly some of the customers just got too drunk. The pub stopped serving them but not requesting them to leave. I think it's always hated for the whole staff to work such a day. This pub is located right next to the Lake Buena Vista Resort and is in walking distance to the outlet stores. The staff is super friendly and the food is pretty decent. I can't say I would choose to go here for the food but it's a nice chill atmosphere and it gets the job done. It's kid friendly as there are some arcade and crane games for kids. The best meal off their menu was definitely the shrimp pasta. The drinks are mixed well so that's definitely a plus. read more

**Avoid this place** Their manager (John) is very unprofessional and aggressive. My family was waiting out a shower at the Davenport location in the Regal Palm resort on the patio area. Unfortunately there were no signs on the entrance prohibiting outside food so we began eating our picnic lunch on their outside patio. (I posted pictures of the path we took to the patio to show no signs. There was a sign outside of the pool which I only saw when I was seeking a sign but we didn't enter through the pool area) "John" came out yelling at us for the outside food and threaten us with security before storming off just as quickly as he had arrived. 30 seconds tops. We packed up and continued to wait out the rain so we can swim. Most ppl left the patio due to the aggression show by the employee. We honestly probably said maybe two sentences mostly saying sorry we didn't know . Shortly after, we were approached by a security guard who said he was sent by John ( this is where we even found out his name and that he was a manager). After talking to us, the security guard apologized for John and went to talk to John to help smooth things over He returned a few minutes later apologizing bc John wanted us off the premises and was calling the sheriff. He suggested leaving bc he "knew how John was" and didn't want us to get mistreated. I am at a loss at this whole situation. We literally had other lemployees apologizing as we walked out the building. Please avoid this place. They seem to be aware of this horrible employees aggressive conduct and placed him in a managerial position. He is a ticking time bomb. I partially write this to create a virtual paper trail. This place really is a bit of a hidden gem. In between a hotel and an outlet mall I can see why people pass by and don't know it's there but it's a nice little Irish pub that has solid food including a great burger. Having visited here numerous times over the last 5-7 years it is very consistent. The menu won't blow you away but it has reasonable prices and good pub food. Nothing fancy about getting a cheeseburger and a quesadilla for lunch but both are done well and taste fresh (great veggies in the chicken quesadilla). I've had about 50 different kinds of burgers (no exaggeration) in my life and this consistently is always one of the best tasting ones. When you've been running around Orlando with a 4yr old at 90 degree weather getting $queeeeeezed just just to see Mickey, square living family man, this is the spot. The guys that work here are quality, masked up all the way and over the nose Bartenders look like they need AC, sweatin like a ...bleeep... at church, definitely on point, service overall is great. On my first visit was fantastic, the server knew the family was hungry, was closing but the chef still stayed late for just us. Into the review, I am far from knowing Irish culinary arts, as in I'm a Californian that eats tacos everyday. I've had the Blk n Blu burger twice, done medium rare and it was exactly that and perfect. Good quality burger no doubt. The Kaiser bread is on hit, tasted fresh. Comes with fries. I've had the Beef Nachos and it was big as my head. Overall pricing is decent, entrees ranging about $15. The advice: driving off on a grub hunt most likely may have you lose a parking spot (Fri_Sat), not to mention the drunks that can't handle liquor acting like nut jobs in the parking lot. Overall if you wanna eat good, reasonable price, you stay in the building, stay out of trouble, Frank's is the best get in get out spot for convenience. LBV Resort and Spa bills this as a restaurant and game room in their Building #1. It's in a small strip mall across the street actually. They told us it was good, but upon arriving it looked like everything a "Bar Rescue" place would look like. it was already past 9pm and we were "Disney'd out" with 4 teens and a 8 year old that was hungry and tired. We all had french fries, my 8 year old some mozzerra sticks and onion rings. Can't say the food tasted terrible, but it wasn't great either. The next morning all of us started suffering "gastric events" to save the graphic nature that continued through out the day into the night making our trip to EPCOT with two expensive character theme meals not as pleasant as they could be. Fortunately, EPCOT has restrooms everywhere! My bet is if the Bar Rescue crew came in they'd discover a terrible kitchen or at least fry oil well past it's time. We are still a little queasy this morning. If just a drink you are after, this may be the place; for food pick up McDonalds or something else as a last resort. read more

The positives, it was close to our hotel , the onion rings , and the Mac and Cheese bites were very good. The service I would rate about 1 star or less. Just know, you want ranch with onion rings it's 50 cents extra , want sauce on your burger that will be an extra 50 cents. Which in the grand scheme is not much but is still petty. I have stayed at the attached resort several times and appreciate the convenience of Frankie Farrels. It is a reasonable option for families or people just looking to have a good time. The food is mainly bar food. I can speak about the chicken wings, fries, onion rings, and nachos. As you can see, I was being very healthy in my last trip here. All items were as you would expect for bar food. Hot, tasty, and fried. The drinks are decently priced and the service is good. I have been here late night, too, and it can get fairly crazy. Understaffed when we went there and the water and food does taste a bit "swampy" which we did not experience at other restaurants on our vacation. The shepherds pie was missing a lot of ingredients, never seen a shepherds pie with mash potatoes at the top so that was a first. I wouldn't get the shepherds pie when there's many better options out there at other locations. The Philly cheesesteak was alright, a good classic if you're unsure what to get. I have been here in the past several years in January. This is my favorite Irish restaurant in this area. Kathy ordered a rusty nail for $6.50. I had my usual margarita also for $6.50. We both ordered the shepherds pie for $14.95 with cheese for an extra $0.50. I was happy with my shepherds pie. Kathy was less satisfied. Kathy enjoyed her usual shock top for $5.95, while I enjoyed my usual guinness draft for $6.50. As you can see from all my other reviews, I rarely order dessert. But, in this case I did enjoy their bread pudding for $5.95. I guess a lot of tourists visit this restaurant. They automatically added a 15% gratuity to my bill so my total damage was $76.30. I totally dig FF's a new place off theme park property to grab a couple of beers, some bar food, and just enjoy the atmosphere. The draft and bottled beer list is beefy, but I wish there were descriptions as those unfamiliar with beverage brands from across the pond may wind up ordering something they dislike. I did like that there was a notation for the local craft draft because sometimes one just wants a little Sunshine State in their Irish Pub. When speaking of the Fish and Chips: "huuuuge," "the size of your forearm," and "extremely generous," I am curious whose arm they are talking about... The Incredible Hulks?! I could easily turn that basket of cod into two days worth of meals, and I love to eat! Many have complained about the volume of breading, but if you've been to the UK, that's pretty much spot on as to what you'd get in a proper chippy. I also enjoyed their chicken appetizer which looked like some fancy SuperBowl hors d'oeuvres with niblets of chicken on toasted bread and garnished with a pickle slice, surrounding a nest of onion straws! It may sound silly, but they were surprisingly good and easy to share. There are plenty of flat screens around the room, so I am certain any type of game day festivities could get quite exciting. Sitting under one, I was able to sneak peeks at the Rangers game, but it also loaned to other patrons hovering at our table, and offering to help eat my beached whale! ;) I would certainly come back again with some friends, and maybe check out the mini-amusement corner. I may not score anything with the crane game, but the pin ball machine is a different story. Note: When you turn onto Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlets (at the light), do not turn into the outlets parking lot. Take the second right on the roundabout, and you'll see it on the bottom floor of the housing block. They have their own parking lot, but it is a little small. read more

Came here for an early lunch but I think this is a place that you're meant to come to for Happy Hour/Dinner. It was DEAD when we walked in. There was one family dining but otherwise it was empty. It's an Irish themed pub so the bar is insane! Like I said earlier, this would be a cool Happy Hour spot if you happened to be on this side of town or are on vacation. Not to mention this would be a better option for a meal than the food court at the outlet next door! I ordered the fish and chips and my hubby ordered a regular burger. The menu items came out in record time. My eyes popped out of my head when I saw the size of my fish. It was huuuge! The breading was a bit heavy for my tastes so I ended up peeling it away and eating the fish itself which was delicious. It also came with a side of steak fries (perfectly fried), cole slaw, side of tartar sauce and some malt vinegar if needed. Hubby was happy with his burger. There are also flatscreens all over this place. They were showing a soccer (futbol for Europe) game on tv. The waiter that seemed to be manning the entire restaurant of 2 tables was good. Conveniently located right below my room at Lake Buena Vista Resort, it's a pretty decent option. I had the pleasure of having very friendly waiters. The place is a typical Irish Pub. I had pot stickers to start which were cooked nicely and came with a plum sauce. Not bad for an Iris Pub! My daughter ordered the burger which was a good size and was cooked just right. Didn't taste or look like frozen patties at all. I had the Shepard's Pie (minus the cheese because I can't have lactose) and it was really good! It had a yummy gravy and huge chunks of ground beef.
