Went there for lunch and had the Louisiana chicken wrap. Food was really fast and was ok but nothing special. Got a diet coke instead of coke but it was fairly quickly rectified. Was massively busy but don't think the price was worth it.
Update - went here for breakfast yesterday. The deal is good, two for £10 before 12pm including drinks. However it was super busy. We stood at the door for a while and were ignored by about 7 members of staff who all walked past us without a "I'll be with you in a minute" or even a glance. I don't mind if places are busy, it is a good sign but I think it is rude to be ignored. We were going to walk out and if I wasn't so hungry we definitely would have!
We had to wait for about 20 minutes for a table, they have the buzzer system to tell you when one is free. A 2 seater table was free for ages but they didn't tell us so I thought it was reserved, when they sat us in there I wondered why we were made to wait so long. The food was nice, I could not see fault in that. I asked for an orange juice and was forgotten about but was rectified when I managed to catch someone.
All in all, I am not going back, there are better places to go for breakfast and the customer service definitely needs to be improved. Being busy is no excuse to ignore people. The Melville Inn down the road (beside Dobbies) would be a much nicer place to go. read more
