Excellent food, great staff and service, but unfortunately the day we went, there might had been…read moresome issue with their plumbing or sewers... the stink was horrible. We sat in an area where it was less felt. and you might ask "why the hell did you stay?". Well, it looked very elegant and neat from outside, the menu was very enticing, it was the only appealing place nearby, and we read good reviews. So, once we got over the smell situation, which I'm sure it was just a bad day to go, since I overheard them talking about the plumber coming in and what not... (No, I didn't ask the manager anything about it); we proceeded to order our tea time meal! Maybe the best afternoon tea we had while in England. Delicious scones, very fresh jam and sandwiches. We also had some champagne. Whenever I'm back in Windsor, I'll come back here!

In all honesty folks - this is not my "cup of tea" at all :(. Mrs G wanted to go and se hi we did…read more Totally over the top decor, foo foo on steroids. We were seated, given menus and waited, and waited, and waited. So I targeted a member of wait staff behind the counter (was king tea pots as far as I could tell) and asked her to send someone our way. A few minutes later we are served. It is early afternoon, not busy, plenty of empty tables so there is no excuse for the long wait. We decided against the cream tea and went with more lunch-like items. Essentially sandwiches and a lot of tea each. Not bad, not memorable, over priced. 1 thumbs up (for Mrs G). Will I go again if I don't have to? No. Will I grin and bare it? Yes. Will I show Mrs G this review? No I guess my 3 star is 4 star for Mrs G and a grudging 2 star from me! Review #84 2019

Instead, they give you a table and a menu where you pick what you'd like from sundaes to waffles to regular gelato. I was kind of bummed cause I would've loved to try a couple before ordering. The environment was fun though, lots of space and tables. Service: The service was good, friendly and attentive. Food: the gelato was delicious. Decent price for the size of the sundae which was huge, definitely large enough for 2 people to split. The strawberry gelato was amazing, the soft serve on the top wasn't my favorite, took away from the sundae a bit. If I were to eat here again I would definitely order a waffle, those looked AMAZING.

If you're into ice cream(/all kinds of sweet desserts that have lots of sugar in) and like the 'American Diner' style then you might want to check this place out! It's colourful, the staff are friendly and welcoming and the place has an unbelievable selection of Artisan homemade ice cream and sorbets to choose from! As you probably know by now (because I think I might have mentioned it a couple of times in other reviews) I am Vegan and I was incredibly excited when I saw there were ten vegan sorbet flavours to choose from (TEN!) plus dark chocolate too... This is one of those awesome Ice Cream Parlours that lets you try any and every flavour you want to before committing to one (or two, or a few)! After sampling a couple of the sorbet flavours, I opted for peach sorbet scoop along with an incredibly indulgent scoop of the dark chocolate, with strawberries on top. I expected it to come in a little bowl (seeing as I ordered a "2 scoop" bowl for £3.79 + 49p for fresh strawberries) and was pretty blown away when I was greeted by magnificent lookin' thing! My peach and dark choc sorbet dessert cost me less than £4.30 in total, which I think is fairly reasonable as a treat. Jojo's Gelato would make a super cute place to go for a date, to catch up with old friends (like I did) or take the kids as a special treat! My (non Vegan) friends got incredible looking waffles with ice cream, fruit and whipped cream! I struggled to finish mine and couldn't even consider looking at the waffle dishes for too long, let alone eating them! The only thing I didn't enjoy about this place is that it was quite nippy, we were sat in there for about 1.5 hours so I really felt the chill.
