We paid £500 for a birthday cake for my sons 6th birthday, but what we got for it was a complete embarrassment and a joke, it was supposed to be the centre piece at his birthday party but in the end it was the laughing stock. Not only did it collapse and fall apart it wasn't even what we asked for, what's worse is that the staff and owners at the shop were rude with no customer service skills. They were happy to take a lot of money from us but not so happy to deliver what we paid for. They flat refused to refund ANY money and so we are now in the process of a claim against them.
