So friendly and welcoming! We are new to the UK, but we are definitely not new to the coffee world. Thank you for showing us a warm welcome through your kindness and wonderful coffee shop. I really liked the extra touch of the wonderful chocolate and glass of water. The espresso roast they use is smooth and packs a pleasant kick that merges with frothed milk to create a delicious treat. Alone or with milk and sugar over ice, this is some of the best coffee I have had in a long time. The restrooms are unisex, clean, and handicap friendly. They also have a very clean baby changing area. read more

My husband and I stopped in today for tea and a cappuccino. It was my first time there, and it will definitely be my last. My tea was barely warm, and I really should have sent it back, but I drank it. Within 20 minutes of drinking the tea, I had a terrible stomach ache with sharp pains. I was unable to finish my shopping in town and had to go home. Day Ruined! How can you possibly screw up making tea? I don't know, but Culture Coffee managed to do it! Never Again!! read more

Really great coffee and food was good but service was a little off. First of all, I ordered a Latte but got a Cappuccino (My husband was the one who ordered the Cappuccino which he got too). Secondly, water filling was slow. Thirdly, I was offended when we finished and my teen said he was still hungry. When I placed another order I was told to go pay at the counter first and make another order there. This is after we were told to take a seat at the time we entered and our order was placed at the table and all orders were given to a "waiter" at the table until this time. At no time were we told orders needed to be placed before hand and paid before hand at the counter - we assumed it was like a regular cafe restaurant. So I went up there to pay and told them that I was there to pay and order more - everyone looked confused and I explained I was told to do so by the "waiter." Then one of the waitresses says, "Oh, it's because they are worried you are going to run [and not pay]." Seriously! I told the manager there was no way I was going to run - after the waitress said this loudly for all to hear - geez! Manager says - oh they are just joking. Really?! I was embarrassed. My husband tried to give them the benefit of the doubt - that maybe we were supposed to pay at the counter first but again, we were never told or given any indication to do so. So we weren't dressed to the nines, but clearly tourists. Again, the coffee was great and everyone was pleased with their food and if we hadn't had such strange service I would have given them 5 stars. read more

This place is so ridiculously high-quality for the price and location. The exquisitely balanced flavors of the food and drink, the perfection of the plating and tableware, and the elegance of the environment would all feel more at home in say, the palace of a Viennese princess than in a café on an ordinary street in Salisbury. The matcha latte I had here was the best I've ever had anywhere. The egg, mushroom, and balsamic vinegar breakfast sandwich I had was also the best breakfast sandwich I've had anywhere. The lemon cake was merely delicious, but it came on a stoneware plate with drizzles of honey, a slice of pomegranate, and what tasted like pistachio butter. I was served promptly and correctly in the beautiful garden even though it had just finished raining outside and the staff had plenty of indoor customers to deal with. I loved this cute little coffee shop! They had a great "granola bar". I actually got a smoothie and was pretty impressed. They didn't use syrups in their smoothie and actually used fruit. My family was happy with their coffee as well. read more

In nice proximity to the train station if you don't want to have to buy the garbage they sell there but a walk from town. Seating area is one of the nicest I've ever experienced, separated into different areas if you want some privacy, the seating is very comfortable, with an outside area as well next to the river. There is a nice ambience and aesthetic. Plenty of electrical outlets and good wifi. Quick and relatively polite service. The coffee was pleasant as well if not to my taste (but your tastes may differ so I shan't take it away from them). Would recommend if you want to sit in. read more
