I also dropped everything off before 10 AM, and according to their policy, same-day pickup should have been available. Instead, I was told it would not be ready until the following evening. When I picked up the clothes, they looked terrible. It honestly appeared like some of the items had not even been properly pressed at all. The creases from the packaging bags were still clearly visible. I immediately called and explained the problem. They told me to bring everything back and assured me they would "make sure it gets done right this time." Each trip to their store takes me about 25 minutes each way, so having to drive back and forth multiple times was extremely frustrating, especially because I work long hours from 7 AM until 9 or 10 PM every day. After bringing the clothes back, I called again and spoke with the man handling the store. I explained that some items still looked untouched. He said the owner would call me back. Nobody called. The next day I had to call again, and I was given excuses about why the owner never contacted me. Eventually the owner called and wanted me to bring everything back yet again. At that point, I lost confidence completely. If the job could not be done correctly the first or second time, I do not believe repeating it again would suddenly fix the issue. Very disappointing customer service, poor communication, and a complete lack of consideration for customers' time. I expected professional pressing service for brand-new clothes and instead ended up wasting hours driving back and forth with nothing properly resolved.

I went to pick up on Wednesday at the Orland location and the lady was rude and stated I would get a text message when the dress would be ready. They close at 5pm. Most people work until 5. I needed to have this dress picked up that day for an out of state wedding. I never receive a text, so my husband went to pick up the dress at 4, and rude lady at Orland location explains to my husband that the dress is still at the Tinley location because it is so badly stained and they will not have the dress cleaned until next Tuesday and that they under charged us for the dry cleaning. My husband asked to see the dress and had to go to the Tinely park location to retrieve the dress that Normans ruined. This dress had no stains on it at all prior to dropping off on Saturday.. Normans never called us to ask us about any staining. The staff and owner were very rude and had no options on how to resolve the situation. I took the dress to CD one in Orland to see if they could get the stains out and also had to buy a new dress at Davids Bridal due to the wedding being out of state and leaving the next morning. CD one dry cleaners was able to clean the dress for $4 and have it for pick up the next day. Lukily, My friend who was not flying out to the same wedding until Friday, was able to pick up the next day and bring it with her to our out of state wedding... I would NEVER recommend this business for any services they offer. The customer service was terrible And Normans either had something that dripped all over this dress or they used dirty water to "dry Clean" Luckily enough CD one dry cleaners we were able clean and fix the damage that Normans did, or I would have been taking NORMANS small claims court to get reimbursed the $400 for the dress that Normans ruined.

Scheduled pick up was a day before prom. Our daughter tried on the dress and no alterations were done to this dress!!!! Due to lack of time in finding someone to fix her dress - we had to sew her into it! Our daughter was mortified and was extremely overwhelmed. Called and left a message, no call back. After Prom, we took the dress back and the store owner stated that the tailoring did not even happen onsite and the tailor under estimated taking in the dress. I am due to receive a refund; however, this does not negate the poor craftsmanship and lack of reliability. Please avoid. We are extremely disappointed in this establishment.
