This laundromat used to be one of the best ones in the Heights, but lately there seems to be a new…read moreissue every time I come in. The dryers aren't heating properly, and some of the washing machines don't get water until the cycle is damn near over. You end up having to add extra detergent and water from the sink just to get proper suds. When I brought these issues to the attendant's attention, instead of simply acknowledging the problem, I was met with an attitude and told that they "aren't mechanics" and that the water valve is slow. I never said you were a mechanic. I was informing you of an issue so that management could be made aware and, at the very least, a sign could be posted to let customers know there's a problem with certain machines. There's absolutely no reason to be rude to someone who is simply trying to make you aware of an issue. Customer service still matters. And then there are two giant signs that say NO PARKING, yet people are still allowed to park there. This makes it extremely difficult to bring your laundry through the front door, especially when you're carrying multiple bags or trying to load and unload your clothes. It also makes it difficult to access the designated parking area. This place really needs some attention. I hate to see a laundromat that used to be one of the best in the Heights go downhill because of poorly maintained equipment, confusing parking, and poor customer service. Hopefully management takes these concerns seriously and gets things fixed.

They completely RUINED it and it has streaks all over and is grey and a weird texture now. The tag is also crumbled and the shirt itself is wrinkled and a mess. Overall Terrible experience and customer service for the Orland and Tinely park locations…read more I brought my $400 never been worn Mother of the Bride dress on a Saturday to the Orland Park location to have dry cleaned and pressed for pick up on Wednesday. I went to pick up on Wednesday at the Orland location and the lady was rude and stated I would get a text message when the dress would be ready. They close at 5pm. Most people work until 5. I needed to have this dress picked up that day for an out of state wedding. I never receive a text, so my husband went to pick up the dress at 4, and rude lady at Orland location explains to my husband that the dress is still at the Tinley location because it is so badly stained and they will not have the dress cleaned until next Tuesday and that they under charged us for the dry cleaning. My husband asked to see the dress and had to go to the Tinely park location to retrieve the dress that Normans ruined. This dress had no stains on it at all prior to dropping off on Saturday.. Normans never called us to ask us about any staining. The staff and owner were very rude and had no options on how to resolve the situation. I took the dress to CD one in Orland to see if they could get the stains out and also had to buy a new dress at Davids Bridal due to the wedding being out of state and leaving the next morning. CD one dry cleaners was able to clean the dress for $4 and have it for pick up the next day. Lukily, My friend who was not flying out to the same wedding until Friday, was able to pick up the next day and bring it with her to our out of state wedding... I would NEVER recommend this business for any services they offer. The customer service was terrible And Normans either had something that dripped all over this dress or they used dirty water to "dry Clean" Luckily enough CD one dry cleaners we were able clean and fix the damage that Normans did, or I would have been taking NORMANS small claims court to get reimbursed the $400 for the dress that Normans ruined.

Do not go here…read more Staff ensured me that I could pickup bridesmaid's dress on a particular day for an out of town wedding. Lied straight to my face. The dress was 2 days late and we had to switch our flights in order to get this dress. during this time, I also had dropped off a suit, which again I was told would be ready in time. They gave me the WRONG SUIT. Completely screwed us up for this wedding. For something as important and time-sensitive as wedding attire, you should be able to trust a dry cleaner to get the basics right. Between the incorrect date, giving me someone else's suit, and the attitude I received, this was an absolutely horrible experience. Very unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place, especially if you need your clothing for an important event. FYI I finally received the correct suit. It had hair all over it I immediately took it to another cleaners. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.
