During my recent visit, while I was in the middle of expressing my concerns about my son's treatment plan, Doctor Deluna walked off without fully hearing me out mid sentence. Initially, we agreed to have four of my son's teeth pulled. However, when we returned the next day, a different doctor "Chloe" decided to change the plan and wanted to pull six teeth instead. When I voiced my concerns and refused to agree to the sudden change, the staff became visibly upset and abruptly ended the appointment without any further discussion. To make matters worse, the next day, we received a letter in the mail stating that we needed to find another provider. This was a highly unprofessional way to handle the situation, and it left us feeling dismissed and disrespected. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone, especially for children, as their lack of communication, unprofessional behavior, and disrespect towards patient concerns were deeply unsettling. The moment you voice your opinion the clinic rushes to drop you as a patient.

Scheduling can be frustrating, I've been called to reschedule in the past but fortunately not for this visit. We had 8:40am and 9:30am appointments (back to back) and got here at 8:30am. Kiddos didn't get called back till almost 9am and most times we've come we have to wait 10-20min so be prepared to wait. The office has fun decor for the kids. Desperate, I called my dentist, and I was surprised that they provided a cell number for Dr. Jensen in case of emergencies. He picked up the call immediately, and after hearing the symptoms, said he could be at the office and to bring her in. How grateful we were, that Dr. Jensen was able to take care of my my mother, fixed her up, and made her feel welcome and relaxed. When no one else would see her, and she wasn't even a patient of his, Dr. Jensen went beyond to help. Including a follow-up call after hours! I have the worst fear of dentists, and he's the only one I will see. Definitely recommend!

We had to pay the difference for a porcelain crown and then they complained that it took the insurance months to pay the claim when they submitted it under 2 different dates of service and didn't provide enough info to the ins company. In addition, their new office manager for 2022 said she wrote off things on our account that she actually didn't and got mad when I detailed it out via email and matched things to the EOBs. Then, in retaliation, she tells us more than 3 months after it happened that they were nice and didn't charge the normal $75 cancellation fee for my husband cancelling an appt. He called first thing on the Monday (day of appt) because he threw his back out and literally couldn't move. He had just made the appt the week before and rescheduled the same week. It wasn't a no call/no show situation. Then they shorted us on a check they owed us money on because they ended up making us pay for the 2 small amounts they claimed to have written off. Don't believe a word! Great dentist but terrible office manager. And they do not send out monthly statements if there is a balance. We got one in March of this year and I had to show up to their office twice in August after leaving multiple messages to get a statement. The first time they weren't open during what they had on their door was normal office hours. Receptionist is nice. Happily leaving for another dentist!

I have difficult teeth, a multitude of complicated health issues, and a long history of bad dental experiences, coupled with tens of thousands of dollars wasted on prior dental work done by crappy dentists and scam artists over my lifetime. Despite all of that baggage, Dr. Arlauskas has never once treated me with anything less than dignity, patience, and genuine care. He has never judged me, never made me feel bad, and has never scolded or shamed me in the way that so many dental providers have done in the past. Dr. A is fun, personable, professional, and unwaveringly consistent. He remembers the human element in every interaction. He always does things the right way while making sure he goes above and beyond the basic standard of care, and is all around a truly kind, present person... I've had a significant amount of work done by him and I've never been disappointed no matter how nitpicky I am. It's difficult to express in words how grateful I am for the kindness he's extended to me. He's changed my life for the better, and I wish I could do more for him aside from writing this review. In the least creepy way possible, I truly love him for the positive impact he's had on my teeth and my life. Teeth can be so emotional... I can admit I'm unnecessarily vain, I have severe anxiety, an extreme panic disorder and OCD plus so many other health issues, etc. But this has never been a barrier with Dr. A.
