Recently this place was featured on Beard Meats Food, a YouTubing professional eater who travels the globe taking part in eating challenges at local restaurants. As we were planning to be in London (Ontario) anyhow we decided to stop in mainly out of curiosity. First and foremost this is a bar....the local 'watering hole'. Interior is a cross between dive bar and diner. In the early afternoon the bar was full of locals enjoying a beer. The menu is full of typical bar food, hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken fingers, fish and chips, ribs etc. Hot dogs are the main event here with dozens of choices from the standard chili to ones topped with cereal and drizzled with maple syrup. Dogs are about the same size as a Costco dog but we did see a couple of locals order a foot long. They have a daily special and on Tuesday it's $2.00 tacos (choice of classic or pulled pork) or a slight up charge for the other choices (steak or chicken). Tacos come in soft or hard. What was ordered: 1 pulled pork taco and 1 classic taco 1 chili dog BBQ chicken quesadilla 1 poutine There are no combos. When you order a hot dog that is what you get. A hot dog. A side of fries or onion rings is extra. The verdict...it was okay. For food that is not complicated to make, our order took almost 30 minutes to arrive and it wasn't busy with food orders. When we ordered the $2.00 tacos we were told we also needed to order a drink to get the special. This is not printed on the ad. The quesadilla and chili dog were unremarkable. Poutine even more so. Service was good though. There was one server who also manned the bar. She seemed to know most of the locals and was very friendly. read more

Stopped in on a Thursday afternoon for lunch. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Music was perfect for a nice quiet lunch, a mix of older rock and country played at a volume that didn't drown out conversation. I had a hot dog with coleslaw and it was delicious. Fries were nothing special, likely from frozen. I would likely try a different side next time. Service was a touch slow, but the waitress was apologetic because they were changing over the soda, so that really can't be avoided. All in all I enjoyed it and would definitely eat here again. read more

This poutine was the most disgusting. Hard ass burnt fries, absolutely inedible. How do you make this, and serve it to someone?? Would you eat these hard fries?! My God... They even smell burned. Absolute waste of money. I'd give zero stars if I could. read more

Ordered for take out. Their web ordering only allows for online orders if you want delivery. A bit annoying to have to call in a take out. We got "hangry" sizes of the Korean and Chicago, Dilly Spears, Potato Salad, Fries, Deep Fried Pierogies. It was A LOT of food, but also quite expensive for hot dogs. The total for 3 people was over $70. Dogs -- "hangry" is very big. At least the size of 2 jumbo dogs. I liked the dog itself but the bun was stale and fell apart. Toppings were generous. Potato salad was just about what you'd find at any grocery store in the pre-made section. Nothing special. Portion is generous, (but also $6 so...). Dilly Spears might have been my fave. Cornmeal breading was nice (but also crumbling very easily from the pickle). Fries were ok, huge portion. We didn't get to the pierogies because we were so stuffed. Overall, ok. There's certainly lots of creative variety on the menu but nothing we sampled said "wow". It didn't travel well as most things were cold once we got them home. Maybe it does better in restaurant? Great hot dogs. Juicy and good meat to bun ratio. Everything else I've had (pulled pork, chicken sandwich, corn dogs) has been consistently enjoyable. Would highly recommend. read more

I just finished eating and it was that good I new I had to leave them a good review. I ordered 2 chicken burger and coleslaw salad combos. The chicken burger was absolutely amazing, the chicken itself was the best fried chicken I've ever had. My only complaint is that it needed more sauce. The coleslaw salad was not good, I couldn't identify any one flavour or texture in my mouth. I also ordered parm fries, they might've been good fresh but over Uber the cheese was kinda weird, it was all stuck together like a spider web. I highly recommend their chicken burger, and I'm excited to try other things on their menu! read more

The hotdog was okay but the Mac and cheese is disgusting. Why is it so sour? And why does it not taste like cheese at all.
